Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay. We come down to Ohio several times a year to visit our son and his family. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express on Natorp in Mason. The rooms are very inviting, clean, and spacious - especially the suites. We'll be staying there several times in the future. Always a good choice. January 21, 2013

Especially because I am a tea drinker, I had to purchase tea bags at other place. Not a big deal but at least coffees and teas are the must for breakfast as well as bananas. January 20, 2013

Access to several restaurants and shopping locations. They share a parking lot with an ice cream store. Would definitely recommend this hotel. December 20, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Gave Away Reservation But Still Charged For Room After a cross-country flight from CA and a drive down from Dayton, I arrived to find that this Holiday Inn Express gave away my reservation to a Priority Club member. The guy at the front desk did call to another H.I. Express 10 minutes away to find another room. Thanks for that. You might get a room here, you might not. Feel lucky? Arrive early. December 17, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ugly stain was in bath tub Breakfast not so good not keep stocked up one morning never was eggs in 30 minutes. Pancake machine was broken one morning. only acknowledge as Priority Club was a bottle of water not even cold. There was no snack machine only offered was high priced items at hotel desk December 3, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and spacious room We stayed 1 night in a 2 queen bed room. The beds were comfortable and they had 4 pillows on each bed - 2 marked "soft" and 2 marked "firm". The linens were white and clean. No nasty bedspread. No stale or cigarette smell in the room. The bathroom was large enough for us keep our toiletries and help the kids brush teeth, etc. They offered coffee, hot cocoa in the lobby area, but it was cold and the hot kettle water tasted weird when I tried to make a hot cocoa. The breakfast was good for being including in the price. My husband liked the warm cinnamon roles. Overall I thought it was good for the price. November 23, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great all around Family lives nearby and we were there for a 3-way birthday celebration. The staff was vey helpful - I called direct for reservations as the central number was not as helpful. I was especially impressed by the personalized welcome letter, with my name, waiting in my room. We did not have breakfast (met family), but it looked like a good spread. Added feature was talking to several "Buckeye" fans on the evevator. October 12, 2012

All except - yuk, what IS that slimy stuff they put into the omelets and call cheese? Better to have just plain egg, folks, than add that dreadful filling in it. Yuk, yuk. October 12, 2012
