Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient, clean and comfortable After a very late dinner with friends, I didn't want to drive 1.5-2 hours to my home, in the dark, on unfamiliar roads. I chose this hotel because I am a member of their rewards program, and they are consistently good. This particular location did not disappoint. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weather related unscheduled stay I usually stay with another hotel group and am a Diamond level guest in their program. I stayed here because of unavailability with them. My expectations were not that high and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I would consider staying again...especially since I was able to perform brain surgery after my restful night of sleep...just like in the Holiday Inn Express ads... March 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed but small room Satisfied with room, cleanliness and overall service but we did have trouble with the quality of the TV in our room and had to call for service at 9pm to adjust the color and voice sound. Took over an hour to have a tech come to our room to do the adjusting but he was very accommodating. Overall we would stay here again. March 11, 2015

Due to the terrible snow storm their shuttle wasing running but Vicki and Andra went the extreme extra mile to make sure I was provided transportation to their hotel.
