Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cleaning staff / Lounge Area I spent 2 full weekends at the Mattoon Holiday Inn. During those times, I was able to talk with the cleaning staff. They were courteous, helpful about hotel questions I had, and followed my directions of what I needed to be done in my room on the week-end. (very little!) I also found the lounge/breakfast area convenient for late night rummy games with the TV picking up the background. January 28, 2013
