Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Newer hotel, excellent staff, will stay again Overall an excellent place to stay and I WILL use this hotel when I'm in the area. Not to focus on the negative, here are the areas that could be improved: 1. Location of TV in exercise room (hard to see from exercise bike and other areas). Appreciate the bike, not all HI Express have them. 2. Don't allow smokers to smoke at the front or any entrance. I appreciate fresh air, and don't want my hair and clothes to smell like smoke. 3. Leave at least two (preferably more) regular K-Cup pods in each room. There was only one in my room, but do appreciate the Keurig brewer. April 26, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable Stay I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Checking in was fast, efficient and easy and my room was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable and I slept sound with no disturbances. Breakfast had a good variety of choices; however, I found the eggs to be runny/watery. I informed the staff member accordingly and they took care of it right away. I was impressed by the friendly demeanor and motivation of the staff to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. This was a refreshing experience compared to the previous hotels/motels I had stayed in on my trip. I would definitely recommend others to stay at this hotel. April 5, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pending charges Hotel stay was Average. Very disappointed in reviewing my bank account and finding 2 pending charges(1 at $108.29 and 1 at $123.29) taken out of my bank account. We stayed ONE night and not sure why it was necessary to debit these charges to only be placed on hold after we made payment on our night's stay . Not impressed at all and this will determine if I will ever stay at another Holiday Inn. I then had to contact the staff at Holiday Inn to fax a copy of receipt(proof) that monies were received so the bank could release the unnecessary funds($231.58) that were placed on hold. A big mess! Might need to bring extra towels and blankets. We requested this during our stay and front desk made no effort to accommodate; not very friendly either. April 5, 2016
