Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Don't seem to know how to do breakfast We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. After the first night there was no fruit at breakfast and the pancake machine did not work properly. We asked about fruit, but the person taking care of the breakfast area didn't seem to know what we were talking about. The second morning there were no cinnamon rolls or fruit and the pancake machine was not working. They need to get their breakfast organized better, buy what they need. Certainly they have an idea about what they need. Other than that it was a great hotel. April 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New and Clean in Quiet Area I stayed at this hotel for 2 days for a business trip to Little Rock. I chose this hotel, over other hotels actually in Little Rock, because the hotel was offering a great points bonus for a 2 night stay. I was a little worried because the hotel was not actually in Little Rock and i didnt know how bad traffic would be duing rush hours. Im pleased to say that being outside of Little Rock was actually a pleasant expereince. The hotel was in a nice quiet area and was an easy and short trip into Little Rock. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed everything about the stay in this hotel! The one negative from the stay had to do with the points offered for the 2 night stay. The bonus points didnt post to my accound when the other points did and after 2 attempts with Priority Club customer service, and two calls to the hotel, the points finally posted weeks afterwards. Rooms were larger than normal hotel rooms which allowed us to hold a couple of team practices (haha). The shower was hot. The breakfast supplied us with the necessary proteins and supplements to start our game day. March 1, 2013

The breakfast choices were better than most. i have stayed here several times and always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. The only con I had was the stopper in the room I was in would not readily let the water drain. A minor problem that maintenance can easily fix. (455) February 27, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not impressed This is the second time I've stayed at this HI Express and second time I've been less than impressed. There won't be a third. I was given a handicapped room even though I had requested a king suite. Technically it did have a king bed, but it was not the standard "suite" I'm used to at HI Express. They did not recognize me as a Priority Club member. The rooms were very noisy (both times!). The walls must be paper thin. The staff was adequate, but did not go out of their way to be friendly. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and new Nice location very up to date. Everything was clean and the rooms are nice. Only complaint is their internet didn't work. Reported issue to front desk in the morning when I returned that evening i asked if it had been fixed and was told no one had reported an issue. Was then given an 800 number to call (tech support) and they couldn't help either. Internet in their business center didn't work either. If/when they get that fixed, will be a nice place to stay. I have reservations elsewhere for my next upcoming visit. December 18, 2012
