Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mala Experiencia en Mcallen De entrada me querían dar una habitación que estaba a lado de otra que estaban remodelando y olia a pintura y pegamento., la cual no acepte y me dieron otra despues de insistirles por que no tenían o mostraban empatía ante mis requerimientos. El personal de recpeción mal. Solicite toallas a la recepción y las camaristas las llevaron de mala gana y contestando groseramente. En la noche salio una cucaracha de la habitación y mi hijo no pudo dormir casi ese día por lo mismo. Los muebles maltratados. Voy a deayunar y tomo una lecha que estaba echada a perder lo informo y a parecer no les importo en lo mas minimo se me pasaba algo o no. Ustedes pusieron una leche descompuesta en primer lugar. No se me reconocio como cliene IHG REWARDS. Se ve que como tienen gente, el cliente a pasado a segundo plano y no les interesamos en lo mas minimo, para hacer tu estancia lo mejor. Me extraña de la cadena de Holiday inn. September 10, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Need to remodels. 1) There are 2 buildings. My room in Building B, and it smells like Kerosene or some cleaning agents. 2) They switch me to the 2nd room in main building A, again room smells like mild due and moisture in room likes a dam wet basement. Need to clean the room, fix the air conditional units to removes more moisture in the hot humid Mc.Allen weather. September 3, 2015
