Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Upon arrival, the front desk greeted me with a smile and acknowledged that I am a Reward Club member. Offered take-out menus for dinner. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of items. The shuttle service was quick and the driver very courteous. Although there was no microwave or mini refrigerator in the room, overall, a good experience. January 15, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Never Again!! I was in the Valley for business that overlapped with the holidays. Since I was going to be away from home for Christmas, I decided to bring my family...huge mistake. I have lived in some of the worse conditions known to man, the battlefields of Afghanistan, and Iraq as well as some horrible times elsewhere. The best part of the hotel was the location although, even that was difficult to navigate at times. I have never had such a disappointing interaction with the staff at any business ever. There is absolutely NO professionalism or customer service provided by this staff. They allowed a tourist bus to block all Handicap Parking Spaces for well over an hour. When asked could they have it moved they said "well you will just have to wait and, to get over it." The spaces weren't for me but the other guests. Only after one of the guests complained that this was in conflict with ADA standards did they have the bus move approximately 15 minutes after receiving the 2nd of numerous complaints. The room was pretty much filthy and again, we were told to "get over it." Breakfast was nice and the ladies that attended to it were very pleasant and accommodating. The front desk and manager could stand to take a page from their playbook. We love and utilize IHG brand hotels at every opportunity but, this hotel is in dire need of training for its staff. Hotel Staff was not very receptive...seemed like the computer systems were always messing up and access keys to second building never worked. December 24, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best choice Everything was pretty much ho-hum here. No recognition for IHG members. It was also located next to a sports bar which made parking pretty inconvenient, especially in the later hours. I would have to say that the absolute worst part of this hotel would have to be the lack of refrigerator and microwave. This irks me to the core! Obviously, people who stay in a hotel are away from home and the simple luxuries. Not having these two essentials items makes it impossible to keep left-overs and forces you to go out for food. I will definitely not be staying here again. December 17, 2013
