Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Parking It is a nice and very good located hotel for leisure and shopping; the only thing I didn't like, it was that the parking was full and we had chance to find almost the last parking spot in the place because there were two events that night. I've been staying in several holiday inn in different time and places, and it is the first time I almost don't have a place to park my car. May 10, 2013

The room was very clean & enjoyed the new Bath & Body Works amenities. They smell great. I really enjoyed the breakfast options & highly recommend anyone staying to visit the pool area. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by over all service It was poor service on how I had to wait while there was an non hotel conservation was going on and other pepole jump in and ask quistions. as for a elit platuim level I asked for a up grade an dI was told that I have one but when I went to the room it was the room booked fine but being told that had a up grade and it was not not good in my book.
