The hotel staff is very friendly and efficient, I have consistently excellent experiences with the shuttle service from the airport and the desk staff does a great job. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. May 14, 2015

Hotel exterior is showing wear and the lobby is dated, circulation is poorly laid out and needs better lighting, but the guest rooms are clean and well maintained. Floors are concrete which helps to deaden sound transmission which you don't get with competitor properties at a similar rate. Bathroom isn't plush, but is clean and serviceable. Biggest complaint was the very hard bed which didn't allow me to sleep through the night. Included breakfast was as expected. It was nice to have 2 totally independent serving areas to keep wait time to a minimum. I used the fitness center while there. Would have been nicer to have the cardio equipment facing the TV or outside rather than the mirror, but it worked and towels were provided. May 11, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Huesped infuyente La hábitación que nos fué asignada presentaba mobiliario muy viejo, las sillas de la parte del asiento incluso estaban descarapeladas del recubrimiento. Al utilizar la alberca resulta que un huesped que al parecer conoce al gerente hizo su carne asada familiar en la instalación de la alberca, al lado de cables de electricidad y del area de Jacuzzi, lo cual molestó a todos los huespedes que estabamos en ese momento, sin embargo a pesar de la queja de todos nada pudo hacerse ya que cuando el personal del mismo hotel le indicó al huesped se encontraba prohibido meter un asador y hacer carne asada en el area de la alberca, hizo referencia a su conocido.. es triste ver como a pesar de que pagas por un servicio siempre existe gente con "conocidos" que sienten tener más derechos que los demás. Mala experiencia, no vuelvo a quedarme en este hotel. May 8, 2015
