Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Guest Room The room was dirty with large stains on the carpet. The towels were old and needed to be replaced years ago as well as the mattresses, sheets and bed spreads. Does not deserve to have the Holiday Inn logo on the building. The price for this stay was 50% higher than in previous stays at this same hotel. March 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not our best stay My family and I stay at this location multiple times throughout the year and usually are highly satisfied. However, this stay was not as pleasant. We were supposed to be upgraded to a suite upon check in and that did not happen and were told they were fully booked and no changes could be made. We spent the first night like sardines in a standard room. After much discussion with the front desk staff, they finally agreed to move us on night 2. As inconvenient as it was to repack and move, we did it to have more adequate space. After all, this was a 4 night stay. Well, the new room was a smoking room and was all that was "available". Mine and my kids allergies were aggravated the rest of the stay. The staff was not rude, but also was not very apologetic or helpful. We practically had to beg. I hope this was a rare one time occurrence. On the plus side, the indoor/outdoor pool was heated and was a nice distraction from our smelly room. March 18, 2015
