Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Experience Hotel still looks good on the outside but the inside is run down and has a terrible odor. Planned to stay longer but checked out as soon as we could find another place to stay. We have previously stayed at this hotel on many occasions but will not return. November 24, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Air conditioning stinks Air conditioning broke and room was hot and very uncomfortable all night long. Paid thru nose for this room only to sleep hot and very uncomfortable bed to boot. Never will stay here again and will NOT recommend this place to anyone November 11, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by terrible there was water damage on the first floor of the building, there was no effort to call in professionals to handle the situation instead they just cranked up the heat in all the rooms to dry out. You can smell the mildew and mold throughout the building. Tried to use the gym, smelt terrible and hot in there, plus all the equipment looked dirty. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the carpet was so gross i wore my shoes to avoid touching the carpet. The bathtub was chipped, and the shower head and tiles have water stains on them. The sink had no water flow. The couch in the room just sinks right in and has stains all over it, did not want to touch it. A horrible 1 week experience. old and dated. No clue where they're getting a 4 a1/2 star rating from. Never again! November 8, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Up to the Usual HIExpress standards The front desk manager was very friendly and welcoming. We went up stairs to find our room wasn't clean. The bathroom looked as it it hadn't been touched. Back downstairs where the manager happily gave us another room. It truly wasn't much better, but we decided it must be the same throughout the facility.. The rooms just looked old and tired and not well cleaned. At breakfast we were the only two in the dining area as we had come down late. The breakfast was stocked well. However, the person responsible for the area spent a lot of time outside with other employees. We most likely would not stay here again. November 7, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by An uncomfortable night in McComb The Holiday Inn Express offered a noisy environment - not road noise but from upstairs and possibly the worst bed we've encountered in any hotel in quite some time. If you sleep without earplugs you might want to try somewhere else. October 28, 2015
