When entering into this Holiday Inn the front desk worker, Kayla was very unfriendily and made me seem as if I was not wanted within the hotel. I arrived at this hotel on Monday and checked out on Friday and she never spoke whenever I entered or left the premises. The first time I was acknowledged was when there was another worker onsite. I just feel that the way she treats the customers is a reflection on the company. I have stayed at plenty of hotel and different chains and this is the first time that this has happened......Poor Service.....

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn about 5 times now and all I have had is great stays with no problems and plan to stay here as long as I have to make trips to this area. Thanks to all of the staff that make my stays as good as they are....

This is one of the only hotel that I have stayed at more than one time that I still do not have any complaints about anything, only compliments for everything, from the check in to the check out after a great breakfast bar that is replenished as it gets low up till the very end.

When we pulled the sheets back there was hair and bodily fluids on the sheets of one of the beds. The other bed had hair in it. We called the front desk and I beleive the lady's name was Kayla. She said she was the only one that could come and change them and she did. Not changing the sheets is VERY bad for business. This was in room #124 on Saturday night, Oct. 26, 2013. So when someone asks me where to stay in McComb, I can't in good faith tell them to stay there. Please have this addressed internally with your staff and hopefully not let it happen again.

Wonderful staff. Rooms are nice, updated and comfortable. Every thing works and if it doesn't they take care of it right away. Everyone is very friendly and eager to accommodate. They really make your stay pleasant.

Nice property but best food in town is fast food. There are 2 mexican, 2 bar b que 2 Asia buffets and a fish house that serves a breakfast buffet. The only steak and seafood closed. This is not HI fault, an the desk staff was honest about thechoices.
