Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Boss There was problem with incoming water pressure. People in the second fore could not use their shower. In the first floor there still was water pressure. Why didn't the hotel personnel offer usage of first floor showers? No discount eather . Loundry room notice kept me awake. Thank you September 6, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and Service Rolled in at 1:00 am and wanted to pay cash and was told I had to do it at checkout. Wanted to pay then to keep hotel from having a hold on funds in my debit card/checking account. Ask for a late checkout since I came in so late, was told that they didn't allow late checkouts and the latest I could check out was 12:00. Room showed checkout to be 11:00 so when I went to breakfast the next morning I ask a different person at the counter for a late checkout and she told me it wasn't allowed and showed me a note hand written on a peace of paper that I guess was suppose to authinacate her position. I ask her what time I to be out by she told me 11:00. I was pretty frustrated with the staff and the hospitality of the hotel!!! August 26, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and Management is Poor I have stayed here for 10 days or so on 3 different occasions. Front desk staff was average. Phone didn't work at all one day. Another day the desk lobby phone was going off constantly from the "elevator switch". On Sunday Aug. 24th while I was in the room and the sheets were being changed the staff threw the pillows on the floor and then she put them on the bed without changing the pillow case.......makes me wonder what was going on when I wasn't in the room. WIFI has never worked. I have 2 computers which work in every hotel I travel to in the world.......didn't work here. Not any of the 10 days or so. Glad I brought my own hotspot. Floor felt like it was wet.....I suspect the AC isn't draining condensation. August 24, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast reminded me why I like HIE hotels so much! We would not have stayed at this hotel but the management made a wise decision (I think) to reduce the points needed for a rewards stay during a weekend when the hotel was mostly empty. So, my wife and I stayed and the breakfast & coffee reminded us why we "Like" staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels! Of course, I think that every IHG Rewards Club member (especially some of the original Priority Club members) should get a bit more "recognition and perks". This is true for all properties! Heading to and from Memphis or New Orleans, this is a property worth staying at! August 18, 2014
