I have been staying here for an extended time on work and the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is wonderful and very helpful. They made me feel right at home, a complimentary happy hour M-T with snacks too was a nice touch as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk clerk was super. Gave us directions to her favorite mexican resturrant, whch was great. The breakfast was very good. The over all stay was great. I would stay there again.

Let me preface this by saying I stay in HIE all over the country. The front desk persons were as unprofessional as I have seen in this chain. The accustomed receipt under the door failed to be there twice. The breakfast maiden let different things (cinnamon rolls, coffee, breakfast meats, etc) run out both mornings while she sat with co-workers or boyfriend or whatever he was. Her helper the first day was a crude woman, unhappy to be there. The second morning her helper was someone who resembled an unkempt maintenance man.
I was overly unimpressed with the personnel at this facility.

Pricier than many Holiday Inn Expresses, but there is a lot nearby (mall, restaurants, etc) and easy access from highway. The shower was POOR. It took over 10 mins for hot water, and the water pressure was very low.

The toilet was not regulation height making it extremely difficult for me to sit down or get up since I had recently had knee replacement surgery. I have not had this problem at other Holiday Inns where I have stayed. The counter in the bathroom was higher than most making it uncomfortable to use. In order to get hot water, we had to let the water run for a minimum of 15 minutes to be able to use it.
Also the price of this room was more than the price of the Holiday Inn where we had stayed 2 weeks prior to this stay for a larger room. We had a 1 bedroom suite with a separate sitting area for less money.

The overall decor and ammenities were very nice, but i was mostly pleased with my room, I was very comfortable.
