Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding guest accomodations and courtesies I had reserved four rooms for a weekend event. When we arrived the desk clerk quickly verified our reservations and explained the services available at Holiday Inn Express. We were all made to feel welcome and that the entire staff was prepared to make our stay most enjoyable, which they did. The rooms were clean and neat and the breakfast provided was well above what would be expected. We all enjoyed our stay and will return to this facility whenever we visit Meadville!! June 14, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Graduation Weekend Came to this hotel due to an accidential cancellation from another hotel in the area and I am sooo glad. The night and day staff seriously bent over backwards to make a horrible experience (arriving for graduation with no knowledge of cancelled room) to a fantastic experience. Staff was great and since it was graduation and not many rooms had to switch rooms the second night. The staff got a room ready super early so we had a place to put our luggage while at graduation and let us stay in our room until late morning to make for easier transition. Overall great experience. Clean rooms, great staff and super management!! Will be back and will recommend to all coming to Meadville for Allegheny Football!! Go GATORS and thanks again!! May 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Incredible Experience We've been staying at HIE's for years and this one tops them all. We used reward points for our stay and were given a lovely King Jacuzzi suite. Staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. There was a Manager's Cocktail Party (a first for us) that included meatballs, pasta salad, other goodies and 25 cent cocktails. The hostess was a delight and no additional supper was necessary. The dining room was full and everyone had a great time. The hot buffet breakfast was equally good. For cleanliness, value and service you can't beat this place. May 14, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service in handling a problem. My husband and I have stayed about 4 or 5 times at this hotel in the past and have been very pleased each time with the service. All of the little touches (soup, cookies, cocktails, water bottles, newspaper, internet, etc.) make you feel very comfortable and well taken care of when travelling. This stay was just one night and by myself. I had a problem with the tv in my room in the morning after it worked fine the previous night. There was sound, but the screen was blank. I called the front desk and was told someone would come up, but had to call again. Someone then came right away, fixed the problem, and told me it was due to the fact that the hotel just got HDtv. The tv continued to skip a little and when I mentioned it to the housekeeper as I was checking out of the room, she insisted that I receive a credit. We went down to the front desk and the manager(?) asked me how much of a credit I would like because she wanted me to be happy. I was shocked to be asked and requested a credit of $25. I felt much better that I received a good credit for my inconvenience. I left feeling very content and would absolutely come back again. May 12, 2013
