From the personalized notes in the room to greeting each guest as they walk in (or even walking down the hallway) is amazing. Let me just say... AMY.... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I was blown away - stay here! This hotel has got it right. The staff is outstanding and are incredibly friendly and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. I never saw anything less than a smile, from every single staff member from the front desk to the Maids. The hotel is lovely. Its very clean, modern, comfortable, provides tons of amenities and is an absolute gem. The pool and hot tub are clean and comfortable, the lounge area of the pool is very nice as well. There's free cookies and fresh popped popcorn in the lobby, along with free ice cream at night, free newspapers delivered to your door in the morning and 25 cent alcoholic beverages during happy hour! Nothing like that after a long day while working away from home! They truly do deliver service with a smile here and its genuine. What a great place to stay! November 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by OUT-STAND-ING The staff at this hotel are so friendly and warm to everyone who walks in the doors. I wish I knew everyone's name to give them credit. This staff goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is top notch. Even walking through the hallway, the housekeepers will ask what they can do to make your stay even better. They are ALL AMAZING! The only opportunity I can see for improvement is the wireless. It can be difficult to stay connected and after hitting that 24 hour period, it takes a little bit of coaxing in order to reenter the password. However, this is DEFINITELY not the hotel's fault. I've had this issue with many other Holiday Inn hotels. November 17, 2014
