Did not full fill reservation. I reserved the roll in bed but when I checked in the staff refused to give it because they were sold out. The staff is very rude and uncooperative. Don't want to hear your concerns or even try to attempt to resolve it. My family was very disappointed and devastated. Overall hotel condition was very poor Interior and exterior. I was planning to stay for 2 nights but checked out after the 1st night. Never going back to this location again.

We needed a stopover in Harrisburg on our way back to NYC, so looked on the HIE website for options. This hotel was described as a 'New Hotel' and the price was reasonable, so we made a 1 night booking. Well this is certainly not a new hotel and it isn't HIE standard. The room was awfully dark, smelly and noisy. The floor had a really bad smoke smell and the carpets were dirty. We put up with this for a night but we should not have been misled in this way. The hotel needs a massive makeover to get to HIE standards.

We made our reservation and were checked in with no issues. The lobby and front desk were clean and fresh, however the second floor area was musty and worn. When we walked into our room it appeared and smelled as if it had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was leftover food in the refrigerator, the bathroom floor had not been cleaned and several items in the room had obviously old damage. We ask about changing rooms but we're told there were none available to sleep our party of three. We had an engagement that evening and did not have time to find and move to a different hotel so we stayed there. Later that night when we went to bed we noticed that there was no sheet between the fitted sheet and duvet on one of the beds. My wife and I have travelled extensively both during our careers and in retirement most with IHG brands and this is one of the most poorly cleaned rooms we have ever had.
