Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by It's all about the bed...no back support. On the surface the hotel seems pretty nice, but the bed is simply awful. It provided no back support, was so spongy and lumpy. HVAC unit was loud and very old. Every time the heater kicked on it started some weird oscillation. At one point during the night the cover came off and scared me. Staff both went out front to smoke at one point which was odd but they were pretty nice during check in and while leaving. Breakfast was above average but as it started later it might just be that the food was fresher. Selection was smaller than average. March 25, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Smelled like smoking room The non-smoking room smelled like stale smoke, like somebody had been smoking in it. The odor stayed through my stay, I tried to mask it with deodorizer spray, but couldn't get rid of the smell. When I checked in, the desk clerk was having some kind of issue with a customer who was checking in. Apparently the customer took back his credit card a bit abruptly for the clerk's tastes, and the clerk was threatening to not let the customer check in because of it. Eventually the customer apologized enough and got his room. Just seemed the clerk was a bit rude. This was at 10 at nigh, and I know I was tired, and had been on the road many hours. Didn't seem to be a very good "welcome to our hotel". For the price charged for a night, I seriously considered trying to find other accommodations, but the late hour and the fact I had reserved the room made me decide otherwise. March 20, 2015
