Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 General Comments NOTE: Two comments that can be made in general for ALL of the stays in my current trip, which may or may not apply to a specific property (Unfortunately, I didn’t take notes), which made for a more/less enjoyable experience: 1. Some of the alarm clocks provided are extremely difficult to set; instructions are difficult to understand 2. Not enough electrical outlets bedside and at the provided desk. I have a medical machine that I must plug in at night, and there are not always outlets available with a clock and a bedside lamp installed. Not all bedside lamps are of the newer type, having at least one outlet in its base. The same could be said of the desk, where there are not enough outlets for laptops, phone chargers, etc. August 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, but nothing special We had a somewhat comfortable stay in this facility. The room was a little cramped compared to other HIE's we've stayed at. There also was a lack of outlets. Not being from the area we were put off by the homeless people more or less living in the park area in front of the hotel. This made us very uneasy and concerned for our safety. August 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Quiet The hotel is newer and in very good condition. The staff was excellent. There is a very good seafood restaurant very close to the hotel. The location in South Medford turned out to be better than I originally thought it would be. Overall it was a very good experienece. August 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room, nice and quiet Initially I was given a room on the 2nd floor, but there was too much noise there, I asked for a nice quiet room, and when they realized I was platinum (the reservation had gold on it) they got me a nice quiet room on the 4th floor. My only real issue was with the network, I called the IT person who had me put a static IP in my laptop, but that did not correct the issue, it acted as though one of the ports used in setting up a VPN was blocked. Beyond that I enjoyed the stay and rested well. August 9, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by poor front desk service & too expensive As we walked up to the counter there were 4 people behind the counter, and they could only help one person at a time. One fellow was doing his own thing, and the other 3 were helping the same customer, while we waited. This hotel is behind a strip mall, and the entrance is poorly marked, and thus hard to find. Staying at this unremarkable Holiday Inn Express cost more than 2 times the points as our previous reservations at a Holiday Inn resort. How does that work???? August 6, 2015
