The room was quite comfortable and clean. The location was central to all of my shopping for last minute items for my son who is going to FIT. The pool and hot tub were just what I needed after my long drive.

stayed for two nights to visit friends in the area this is one of the best HIE I have ever stayed in. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. would have like to be able to control the fan speed on the A/C as it was somewhat noisy, but all in all I would stay here again. Great staff.

We were looking for a place to go he last week before school started back. Couldn't really go far, but wanted somewhere different, a pool and near the beach. HIE was the perfect place. Everything was clean. Everyone was nice. It wasn't in an overly busy place, so you still had that "home feeling". The pool and spa were wonderful. Just a few miles down the road was the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The weather was beautiful too. We loved every minute of our stay.

We were in town because of a family member in Hospice. We were unsure of the number of nights we would be staying. The staff was very sympathetic, warm and friendly. The room was very clean. The towels are much better than most hotels. The breakfast was exceptional for "free breakfast" deals. The entire experience was professional and very pleasant indeed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Melbourne area!

My family & I were there for a national deaf conference, we thought everything was going to be great but troubles happened at arrival and after we checked out. When I booked the reservation well in advance I was asked about the adults & children, I asked for double beds. When we arrived we wer given the rooms with the king bed, which we reluctantly accepted but asked for a cot; it wasn't so much the cost (although ridiculous), it was the attitude of some of the staff. The cost of the cot ended up not being what we were told because there was an agreement between the conference & the hotel but the staff as I've said was a tad rude. Upon checkout, we did recieve the statement but because we paid cash in the beginning we thought nothing of it until we arrived home & was going through our bank account. We then saw that we had 2 charges & 1 pending charge. My husband made a call and whomever he talked with was extremely rude to him. We were told those were charges due to the adults in the room, when my husband explained again that we had children, the person he was talking with continued to be rude. In essence it really was not necessary to be rude all the way through, there were a lot of people there for a conference and this indeed was not great customer service.

We spent one night there and two groups of sports families were there for tournaments. Kids were running down the hallways late at night, loud voices, etc.
We called downstairs to the front desk but it did not get better. Did not get a good night sleep
I've stayed with HD Inn a number of times and when the stay is not a good one, I have not been charged for my stay.
Not in this case. I was told there was nothing they could do about the charge or the noise.
I understand they can't always control the actions of their guests, but in those cases, customer satisfaction should be guaranteed and something done on the bill to make up for it

Upon check-in, I had a minor hiccup during check-in. Our church made the reservation for me, a pastor, overseeing a youth camp in the area. But there was a discrepancy between the terms of our reservation and what the front desk said. Then they wouldn't accept our tax-exempt status and form. This is a minor issue to me, nothing bigger than most hotel desks deal with every day, I am sure. My real problem was with the staff's complete disregard for the confusion they had caused and unwillingness to make things right. In spite of the chain's reputation for excellent customer service, the person I dealt with had no interest in serving the customer, only defending the franchise. ("Just call first next time!") I will not be booking Holiday Inn Express again, unfortunately. Otherwise a nice stay!

I have been a member of priority awards since they were charging to join and I have stayed at many Holiday Inns' and in recent years have tried to stay at mostly at Express versions. This is one of the cleanest and nicest I have been at and I would recommend it to others. The only negative is it is a little difficult to get to from one direction.

Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Had some noisy neighbors we were concerned about but staff assured us they would not be a problem later in the evening and they were not. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was adequate, was disappointed there was no fresh fruit. Overall tho for the price this was an excellent hotel I would highly recommend.

Very standard HI Express. Location is a little strange, somewhat isolated behind a gas station. Breakfast was poor, many items available including Cinnamon rolls, meat, eggs, fruit, yogurt - nice selection of white bread and pancakes.

Everything about this property was good. The location (easy in/out from freeway), the room (very clean), the adaptability of the staff (the first room given to us had a slight odor - they immediately/easily moved us to another room), and the management (addressed my concerns quickly and to my satisfaction) made this a wonderful choice. I will definitely choose this HolidayInn Express for my next visit to the Palm Bay area.

My husband and I were originally booked for two nights as we were in Palm Bay for a wedding at the Oceanfront. We ended up extending our stay an extra day because we had such a blast (and I don't mean outside of the hotel#. We enjoyed ourselves as we were able to just be us all weekend. We slept, woke up and slept again. Service at the front desk and housekeeping was professional and efficient. They accomodated us with everything we needed. Extended our stay with no problem at all.

Stayed here for four nights. All seemed to be going well until the last night. We returned to our room to find housekeeping had failed to visit. We immediately checked the door to assure ourselves we had removed the "do not disturb sign". We had. Called down to the front desk where the girl could only repeat housekeeping noted that the do not disturb sign was on the door. It had been until shortly after noon. We left the room right after the showcase on the Price is Right. On the way out we passed the room next door where housekeeping was cleaning the room. Later, when getting fresh towels from the clerk at the front desk I asked her to inform the manager what happened. She assured me she would. The next day when I saw the manager he acted as though he was not familiar with my complaint. I told him. His reply was that housekeeping is usually there until one. I assure him they were since I passed her on the way out. He just stared at me. No apology. Upon checkout I informed him that I got no apology only justifications. Again, just a stare. I got the impression he didn't really care. It wasn't the end of the world just handled very poorly. I did not leave on a happy note.

My husband and I visit Melbourne frequently. We chose Holiday Inn Express and "express" how glad we did.
The staff, especially Holly, P.K. and Tiffany, are one of the most gracious teams we have ever encountered. Their professionalism and aim to please comes thru the minute you walk thru the doors. The service and breakfasts makes our stay so comfortable that we look forward to coming back again and again.

Thank you for making our stay beyond excellent. PK, the general manager was welcoming and personable each day we saw him. Truly, this general manager cares about his guests making our stay exceptional. His kindness innately extended to his staff making every exchange with each every one of them pleasant and warm. The staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their work environment and their bliss was tangible.
Thank you Palm Bay Holiday Inn for making our trip memorable.

My husband and I were only staying a couple of days at this location on our vacation. We quickly realized what a great hotel and location it is. Next time we plan to stay there longer.The only problem we had was finding it for the first time, since the entrance is rather hidden. Other than that, it was all great!

The Holiday Inn Express Palm Bay is one of the nicest places we've stayed in a long time. It is clean and looks new although I was told it is over 3 years old. Great location. Since this hotel is located near a beach we've talked about staying there for our next vacation. Great job maintaining the property.

On arrival made to feel very welcome, Room large and very comfortable. Staff very helpful. We were in Florida for 15 days and this was probably the best hotel we stayed in and was very good value for money, wish other more expensive hotels were as good. Only downside was that we were only here for one night.
