Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Much bettwr Much better stay this time. Hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room during the stay. Technology is still hit or miss (WiFi and TV). Resolve those issues and you will have a great location to stay at an excellent price! April 23, 2016

There were several stains and it felt dingy. The rest of the room was tidy and clean and well attended by staff. My kids enjoyed the breakfast. We were unable to use the pool because it was closed at the time. An overall nice hotel. April 21, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overall stay was good, cleaning staff is rude Everything was great until the cleaning staff came around Sunday and were not very happy about us requesting a late check out. We have soccer players resting before a game, don't slam doors and yell outside the rooms because the front desk said we could have a late check out for 1:00 p.m and you are not happy about it. Sorry if we are "interfering" with your schedule. April 19, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor housekeeping The first night we stayed we had to roll out the hide a bed which was a disgusting sight. Nicorette wrappers and candy all over. We reported it but heard nothing back. On our final night we came back from a long day to find all of the bedding taken off one bed and stacked up on the other, only without pillow cases. My mother in law sorted out the sheets and pillows and blankets. I wonder if she will get paid for doing the job of housekeeping? We had to ask for more towels several times since kept getting shorted on them. I emailed their general manager and explained if he would honor the hospitality agreement that I would not post a negative review. He responded by saying he would call me personally. I still have yet to hear from him. The front desk have some terrific ladies, very friendly but that is all. The issues we had was with housekeeping. This is way below what I expect from Holiday Inn. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay poor internet connection Everything was great. But for the 2 nights I was there I was unable to use the internet. I could sign in but the speed was so slow it would time out. Was the same for my phone, tablet, and laptop so wasn't just an issue with a piece of equip. As I was talking to several others in the elevator they had the same issue. I couldn't even pull up simple news sites. Otherwise was great and will still use them again. April 5, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, overbooking rooms is common This is a nice spot to stay for the Mike Rose soccer complex. My biggest gripe was that they overbooked the room and then I had to call 1.800 holiday inn express to get the front desk staff to fix my confirmed room that they gave away. Not the way you want to arrive at a hotel after 5 hours of driving. March 23, 2016

People working front desk seemed to be on there personal phones, and not paying attention to people waiting. Waited for what seemed five minutes for the desk clerk to check me out. March 21, 2016
