Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I thought i was going to stay in the hotel for a long time for a project nearby and it is a perfect location to travel from hotel to work. However, issue keeps coming up. I called Kin about having no hot water in the morning for my shower. I finally took a COLD shower because i need to go to work. I have had issues wth housekeeper on and on. They would pick my room to be cleaned at last after 5:30 pm. After i long day, i wanted to be able to relax in my hotel room which is like home from home. But instead, i was back to my room and it was not cleaned again. The housekeeper came shortly and i was standing in my room, could not change my clothes to get relaxed since the housekeeper was working on my bed and bathroom. It is a studio and i had nowhere to go. She then asked if she would need to vacuum and clean the bathroom. I was tired and did not want to be bothered anymore. Then i told her no need to clean no more. I wondered why my room was chosen to be cleaned the last. The front desk staff tried to help and made sure that would never happen. But that was not the first time my room did not get cleaned. I decide to leave for another nearby hotel. January 26, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worse night of my life After traveling for over 4 hours, and arriving to hotel late in the evening, I was looking forward to a great night to relax. However, upon arriving to my room, (room 320) it was horrible. The walls were dirty, covered with scuff marks and other black marks. The bed side lamps were covered with thick dust and the lampshades also were dusty. I requested a nonsmoking room, yet the room smelled like cigarette smoke. I called the front desk personnel to report the condition of the room. She apologized and told me that she would report the matter to management the next morning. January 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bed too close to wall Most of our experience was really good but the room had a king size bed and it was only a foot from the wall. This makes it very difficult to get into and out of bed. It appeared to me like there was plenty of room to have move the bed over enough to allow for a reading light and small nightstand. When we first entered the room it was overwhelmingly hot. It was cold outside but it was way to hot. My husband had trouble sleeping that night because it was too hot even after we changed the thermostat. The second night we got a fan and put in the room and he turned on the air conditioner. The area is not the best but I did feel safe there. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. January 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best staff The facility is being updated and it does show some signs of age, but as the updates are made it is quite good. More to the point, this location has the best staff that I have run into anywhere in the world for any hotel bar none. It takes a lot to impress me at this point but they surely did. Our room was a little cramped but then again we were in Memphis for pleasure so it didn't figure much in our overall experience. The staff, breakfast, and atmosphere did. January 7, 2015

The accomodations were fantastic and the staff was incredible! I'll stay there every time I'm in town in the future. January 5, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service and worst breakfast on the planet The hotel offered pancakes and biscuits and gravy both of which were unavailable for at least 15 minutes on the day of the game. The staff seemed to be trying but was barely apologetic and did nothing to make the stay better. Front desk staff could have cared less if we stayed at their hotel. Probably poor management January 1, 2015
