Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by HI Exp Memphis Old hotel, tired furniture and small rooms. Especially small bathrooms. Paper cups and plastic glasses. Pool dirty, pool area shut and locked off. Craig - Deputy Manager ws very helpful. We were allocated a bad room. Craig sorted it out for us and helped us with our luggage. Well done Craig. April 28, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Old, outdated and... smoking room??? I have seen a lot of hotels in the past 5 years and this one makes it to my top 3 worst hotels without any hesitation. Everything is old and outdated, this property definitely needs renovation. There were stains on the walls, the chair, the towels, even spider webs in each corner. The air is humid and you cannot open the windows. But the worst thing was the smell... Why in 2016 would you force someone to get a smoking room? The continuous ashtray smell gave me a headache in less than 1 hour. No need to say that I checked out the next morning to find another, smoke free hotel. The only positive aspect of my visit was the super friendly welcome. Never again. April 24, 2016

From the moment I arrived the staff was warm and accommodating to me. The room was clean and spacious, the complimentary breakfast was great as well. We originally booked a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. However, we were switched when a non-smoking became available due to a cancellation (before we checked in). April 19, 2016
