A great hotel & stay for shopping at the Grove City outlet mall. Enjoyed a suite room, everything was perfect including the comfortable beds. Shower was excellent, hotel was spotless and highly recommend this hotel when staying in the area.
At check-in we were given fresh baked cookies and greeted like a long lost friend.
Rooms were very clean & quiet, beds were very comfortable.
Lots of shopping and great food all around the hotel.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Moldiecarjack Close to outlets and front desk service great.
I was traveling with two teenage daughters to check out Grove City College, Slippery Rock, and Westminster College. Upon arriving, we were happy to see a nice parking lot and ease of getting into the building. We checked in quickly. I was a little disappointed to see we had one of the first rooms on the first floor, across from the pool and workout room. I was worried about noise since it was a Friday night. We ran out to get something to eat, and when we returned, the parking lot had exploded with cars. We had a difficult time even getting close to the front door! Since we had a busy day, and a long drive, we were all tired and went to sleep. I can actually say we didn't hear anything all night. It was great. Plenty for breakfast and a quick checkout. While I though it was a nice hotel, I will be paying just slightly more for TWO rooms on another college visit with three more people. I realize the outlets are a draw, but for what we needed (and wanted) I did think it was a little high. A nice place to stay though, it is our second time at this hotel.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by stosh55 room was dirty. decor was dark, bathroom needs help
usually stay at HIE west middlesex, pa. but was full, first time here. room at first glance looked ok. but closer inspection of bathroom was awful. tiles in floor were cracked and looked like a child had repaired them. exhaust fan caked with dust, as was the shelves where towels are stored. shower curtain needs to be replaced and the tub squeaked and move every time i shifted weight while taking a shower. the room decor looked like it was done in the seventy's. please change the awful painting in the room.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GroveCityCollegeFamily Clean, friendly, comfortable, extra amenities
This is a very nice hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful especially the afternoon/evening desk clerk, Paula. The hotel is well maintained! We enjoyed a warm breakfast each morning with lots of choices. There is also fresh-popped popcorn available in the lobby 24 hours a day. We had a nice cold refrigerator in our room and the room was spacious with a nice view out our window. Everything was comfortable and our bathroom was VERY clean!! Also used the exercise center which was clean, spacious, and all machines we used were in working order. We received a 15% off coupon to a local restaurant which we used! We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it is our favorite in the area.
