Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Birthday Stay 1/5-7/13 I only have one semi-negative comment (I make this comment on all my stays),and that is I wish IHG would offer a larger breakfast selection and stronger coffee. That said, I must say that this was one of the best stays we ever had. The staff were very accomodating (and at all hours)and welcoming. Upon arrival we were offered bonuses not just for platinum members but also to shop and eat at and around the Grove City Outlet. The reccomendation to eat at Elephant and Castle was oustanding! The menu items are so close to to actually dining in a pub in Great Britain so I was pleasantly surprised. We booked a king room and were upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite. The room was beyond comfortable and the jacuzzi was an added bonus.My husband keeps raving he can't wait to return. January 18, 2013

Unfortunately, the guests across the hall were very inconsiderate and were noisy in the morning. The woman talked in a very loud voice, and it was louder than her grandchild. If the room doors are more soundproof, then our stay would be very very nice. January 2, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff; hot water an issue I stay at this hotel a lot. It is a nice hotel, in a great location. Most times I would give this hotel a 5/5. The staff are helpful and kind and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My only issue with this hotel is that during two different stays there has been no hot water for a shower. This is usually not a problem, but like I said I've had it happen to me two times. November 21, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Grove City recently for business. I'm a business traveler, so I've stayed in many hotels across the state. The HIE in Grove City is comparable to the best hotels in the state. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only recommendation I would make for an improvement would be to install an automatic sliding door at the entrance. Having to pull a luggage cart through a manual door while holding it open was pretty inconvenient. Also, the water was very soft and odorous, though this seems to be a problem throughout the area, not just at the HIE. November 14, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed but noisy at night My family and I came there for a shopping spree at the outlet mall next door. Everything was great, the staff service, the beds, the restroom. Except that it can get quite noisy at around 11:00pm-1:00am, I can hear banging of beds and wall/door. It frustrates me because i can hear it from my bed and I was trying so hard to fall asleep. The breakfast and variety is quite okay too. October 15, 2012

The room didn't appear to have been used in quite some time and really needed a good cleaning. There was popcorn kernels on the carpet and heavy dust on the furniture. The carpet needed a good vacuuming. September 29, 2012
