Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by One night stay Upon arrival I asked about tea for the room at check in and I was told to go to the store and buy my own. Check in was quick but the attitudes of the staff was very poor. No restaurant for food or a bar which was noted on the site where I booked my room. He said someone else had said that as well but we shouldn't always believe what is online. So now I not only have to buy my own tea but I have to get into town to buy food because the advertised restaurant does not exist. The room size and bathroom is very nice, but when I asked for conditioner since I have long hair, again I was told to go buy it. He said the only provided shampoo and soap period!. There are on 2 or 3 channels on the TV for English speakers which was not good for me. Also the internet is extremely poor and when I called to complain I was given the phone number to the internet compnay and told to call them and make a complaint that the front deks was not responsible for internet problems. It appeared to me that the front desk staff was ill equipped and unwilling to work with their patrons and I will never stay at this hotel ever again. The money I spent trying to get what I needed was more than I spent on the room. Wasted money and time at this hotel. September 21, 2013
