We booked our stay for two nights. Upon arrival the heater fan in our room was very loud. The staff very graciously moved us to a new room. Our first night was great and breakfast fantastic. We left the hotel for the day and returned late in the evening to find the keys to our room wouldn't work. I went back to the front desk and was given two new keys. We entered our room to find it was just as we had left it 14 hours earlier! The bed had not been made and the towels were in a pile. When the front desk was contacted I received a brief apology and she did bring us fresh towels. Upon check out the desk attendant said she would give me extra reward points which was nice.
I was just disappointed in the stay. I was told several staff members had not come in that day and I understand staffing issues but disappointing.

Joe at the front desk went above and beyond from the moment I booked my weekend getaway until I exited. He was courteous and met all of our needs to make the weekend relaxing. I would definitely return again!

Stayed here as a last minute "staycation" to give the kids a place to swim. Staff was great and the room was very nice! We love the Holiday Inn Express breakfasts, though it would have been AWESOME to have salsa and/or hot sauce to go on the eggs! My son now wants a pancake machine.
