Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Stay I travel one week a month for work and am in charge of about 15 states, so I stay in a lot of hotels and I would say 99% are IHG Brand and I love them. This location gets a extra special thumbs up as they had a hot tub and I really needed it. I had rotator cuff surgery and needed to do some physical therapy and the hot tub was perfect for that. The staff was beyond Awesome and my room was Fantastic. If I am ever in this area again I will be staying here. The only reason for the average score on breakfast is that I did not eat breakfast. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Room, Fair to Average Stay 1. Booked two rooms prior to arrival. Once arriving one of the rooms would be placed in another member number, however when we checked in both rooms ended up being put under his name and member number. When I brought this up I was apologized to and it got fixed correctly however I also had to mention to the staff I didn't get my points rather than goody bag when checked in. I haven't had a chance to see if other person got points for that since it was in their member number until they checked out a day early. "Double Check your member number at sign-in" 2. On the 1st night I set a wake up call for the next morning, however wake up call (5:30) never came. On the 2nd night I didn't set a wake up call, but at 5:30 I got the wake up call from the first night, I guess they felt they forgot to call me then so why not call on the morning I didn't need one. So on my final night there I set a wake up call again at 5:30, wake up call came at 5:53. "Don't use wake up call at this hotel" 3. All 3 mornings at this location was the same breakfast; bacon, turkey sausage, cinnamon roll, biscuit, gravy, eggs or egg omelet and then the normal continental foods. Maybe try ham, real sausage, potatoes or any change. People get sick of same things everyday. 4. Lastly, had the "Privacy, Do Not Disturb" sign up in keycard slot however on the day they chose to wake me up even though I didn't request a wakeup call they also chose to knock on my room door around 2:30 during my break that day since I had a swing shift....very unappreciated.
