The clerk did call to quiet it down but it up until 2 AM people continued in and out the room slamming doors ...My family got no sleep and I will never stay at this hotel again .. July 21, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Newly renovated property with no concept of valued Guest The property is newly renovated, however ,putting the desk right next to the air condition unit is a poor design which I know you don't controlled.. Property did not have a full occupancy, however, I did not feel like a valued guest for my rewards level by giving me a room that overlooked the deplorable roof of the property next door. Then you want to know if I want to change rooms after you sent me up there. July 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Room in Meridian, MS Hotel was lovely. Room was very nice. The bed was so comfortable. We plan to stay at this hotel the next time we pass through the area. The breakfast area was clean and there was a good choice of breakfast items. I was impressed with the server in the breakfast area. Her name was Yvonne. I noticed how she not only stopped by our table to see if we needed anything but also the other guests. She noticed a young lady not knowing how to operate the pan cake maker and went over to help her. We were made to feel we were a valued guest at this hotel. July 13, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Plenty of outlets for charging devices In past 5 stays at various locations, only once were we recognized as club members. And this was not the one. We used points n cash for this room and were placed right by the elevator. IHG isn't doing much to retain club members. This room had ample charging stations for devices. It was an average stay.
