Very clean, great beds, good variety of breakfast choices, customer service and pricing. Lots of restaurants and last minute shopping options in the areas. I highly recommend it. August 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn, Meridian I babe stayed inn this hotel twice in the last month, the staff is absolutely amazing! Friendly! Accommodating! I used to stay in the one right off the freeway in Nampa, but not anymore! This one has 24 access to the Pool, and exercise equipment, the staff is just as friendly, and I have never had a problem getting a executive sweet o.k. a last minute notice.. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overflowing dumpsters but helpful staff. Our stay was great with a helpful staff and people that went above and beyond. Of note was the repair staff member who responded to our plugged drain in a timely manner and made sure we were taken care of completely and well. The manager , Tae was very nice and helpful. I love to see managers out and about helping and being willing to do everything he asks of his staff. He remembered me from a previous visit, which was nice. I only had two complaints from this visit: one was that the room was not vacuumed thoroughly and the other was that the dumpster was completely overflowing for most of our visit. I felt bad for the poor cleaners who had to stuff and then stuff some more. The management needs to realize that guests walk by the dumpsters and it leaves quite an impression to see a large, stinking mess overflowing into the parking lot. There are also times when guests need to dump their own trash. I ended up trying to throw one bag into this heaping dumpster and the other I just had to throw in the kitchen area trash can. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful manager Well, as always we loved pur stay. The cinnamon rolls were perfection....also as always. But what made the stay outstanding was the manager. As he was getting off work he stopped by the room where we were snacking on pancakes and talked to us for about 20 minutes. He was so fun and friendly!!! He also gave us otter pops! I THINK his name is Kai or something like that. We will be staying there again in a week and hope to say, Hi! August 6, 2015
