The facility was clean, welcoming and accessible. The pool was clean and open 24 hours per day. This is a plus when traveling with children. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. Will stay at another Holiday Inn Express when traveling. Restaurants, coffee and shopping is near the hotel.

We have a lot of leisure travel and primarily use Holiday Inn Express. The Nampa, Idaho, Holiday Inn Express is the best one we have stayed in. The general manager, Mr. Park, personally met us at the desk during check in and made sure we were comfortable. I believe he went to our room while we were unloading luggage and turned on the heat. His recommendations for dining were perfect. These people know how to treat travelers. Highly recommend this property.

Only real issue was the terrible wireless. Otherwise we were very pleased. The staff was courteous, the facility was super clean and the breakfast exceeded expectations. Also a 24 hr. pool/hot tub is so nice to have!

Was nicely decorated for Christmas. Fireplace looked relaxing and comfortable. Staff had cookies ready for all upon arrival. The lady at registration was really nice and friendly. She remembered us on our second night as we entered and greeted us like we were back home again.

The guest suite was very clean, comfortable, and felt brand new. Front desk staff was helpful. Even though the hotel is near the interstate, the room was very quiet. I will stay here again.

The desk clerk did not recognize me as a Rewards Member upon check in. He was more interested in the fact that I had a pet and changing the reservation to reflect that. The online system did not ask if I was bringing a pet so I did not reserve a "pet" room. He was polite but seemed focused on making sure that the hotel got its extra pet charge.
