Was very surprised of the layout of the lobby....you go through revolving doors and curved steps leading to the main desk.
Beautiful lobby and inviting fireplace and lounge area.
Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious.
Breakfast had many choices to pick from.

This was a lovely property, very well managed and we had a nice stay. They couldn't have been more kind and helpful to us, especially since we just came from the Boston area after my husband ran the Marathon and my daughter and I were five hours on the street near the bombings but had left within the hour before. It was still traumatic and to come to this Holiday Inn where the staff were so nice and the rooms so lovely; we couldn't have asked for more.

I called for a wake up call, normally an automated system, but the front desk answered and I gave my wake up time to the staff person on duty.
No wake up call the next morning. Thankfully I had noisy neighbors.

My husband and I stayed here on vacation to mainly relax and do a little shopping. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and housekeeping kept the place very clean. This hotel is close to everything! Grocery, restaurants, shopping and outlets, the perfect place to stay if you want quiet and to shop. My only note would be to get to breakfast early, all the good stuff goes fast and with half hour left to serve they stop making the hot items. overall a great stay and would visit again!

Stayed 2 nights and 1 day ...this place was amazing , the staff was incredible , very nice people ...rooms were nice , bed was comfortable..I would recommend this hotel.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Tenm12 New facility. Needs to work out some start-up issues
Wi-fi did not work at all in room. Hot water problem. Took a long time for water to get hot and one night shower water was luke warm. No plates or silverware in suite. Had to pick up packaged plastic ware that was flimsy and paper plates and bowls from lobby.
Staff were VERY friendly and helpful.

My wife and I decided last minute to head from Ontario to Merrimack for a long weekend. Not only were we extremely well received by Holiday Inn staff, we also got great service and information. Overall wonderful weekend and terrific service from the hotel and the folks who run it. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

I truly enjoyed my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Merrimack. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated having different pillows from which to choose. The alarm clock was actually easy to use and the TV was large enough to see from across the room without my glasses. I also appreciated the coffee bar offering tea and hot chocolate. The breakfast was good with a selection of fresh fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, several bread choices, and a variety of cereal. I would have enjoyed a hot cereal option but I did see instant oatmeal available as I was checking out. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store and grocery store. The staff was kind and helpful. Overall, a very nice, quiet stay and excellent value.
