The clerk said she would find one but when she tried to find one, sjeshe couldn't find one. She took my medicine down to the desk and we had to go to the desk at 1:00 in the morning to get that for my medication. She said she just didn't know who had the refrigerators. December 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Front Desk This was my first Black Friday shopping trip and we had a great time! during our drive back to the hotel from the outlets our GPS went dead, when we told Kate at the front desk she said no problem...I'll reset it for you, she had it working in a few minutes and lent us an adapter to charge it in our room overnight. Holiday in Express should be very proud to have an employee like Kate running the show all alone during the evening shift, this was hospitality at it's best! My family, 8 of us, are travelling to Greenock, Scotland April 2015 and have booked 4 rooms at the HIE there for 9 days, hopefully we have the same experience. December 3, 2014

We couldn't have asked for a better room; breakfast was great for the three days we were there. We will probably have to return in Spring for 8-10 days. We definitely want the same room, 243.
