Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast choices I liked the omelets and the wonderful cinnamon rolls but I would have liked "real oatmeal" not the instant kind. Juice choices were good. Pancake instructions could have been better. Luckily I had been here at Christmas so I was able to teach another Patron how to do it! February 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay As stated in your survey I can't say enough about the staff and how they made our stay the best possible relaxing stay. I am a retired sales representative and over the last 36 plus years I have stayed in many motels, hotels, resorts, etc and I feel this hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. It is clean, pleasant, comfortable and warm. The staff once again are the best and for them I would stay again when the opportunity presents itself. I mentioned in the survey that there was an issue with the check-out billing only because I checked out the evening before because of our early departure. The young lady missed charging me for the third night and I brought it to her attention and she was embarrassed but I made her feel at ease with a smile and asked her to charge me for the third evening. Like I always say when training staff; "There are no problems only opportunities to learn". Thanks Holiday Inn Express for a great few days while on the road. February 5, 2015
