Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay (Again) We attend functions several times a year in the area and always stay at this HIE as we have always been delighted with comfortable, clean, fresh rooms and a quiet night's stay. We have received nothing but extremely good service here from terrific staff. Our only (small) complaint, rather a suggestion to management, was the breakfast choices. Omelets were offered but ONLY ones containing peppers/jalapenos -- NO other choices even plain omelets. Why not offer some of BOTH ? Many people cannot eat peppers or just plain don't like them. Same with the meat -- two kinds of SAUSAGE (thank you for a very different turkey sausage) but why offer TWO kinds of the same type of meat when many don't care for sausage. We were hoping for bacon as we don't care for sausage (turkey or otherwise). January 30, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value We stayed during a visit to family. The location was very convenient and a good value. The room had a mild smell of Indian food that we became nose blind to after about 5 minutes. We could also hear the guest(s) above us move around, sometimes late at night. The breakfast choices were plentiful. Overall it was a good value. January 6, 2016

Rude front desk clerk gave me the wrong room number, did not give me the wake up call as requested, the maids woke me up and said I should check out quickly to avoid an extra charge and then there was no one at the front desk to help me check out for almost a half hour.
