Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good breakfast selection I have stayed at this hotel many, many times in the last 2years , however this last stay was not up to par. The smoke alarm kept me busy leaving the room. The 5th floor does not meet my expectations for this hotel. The pillows was a disaster, unable to get comfortable to sleep, the walls needed some serious cleaning. This is the second time I have been put on the 5th floor, the other floors I have been on seems a lot cleaner and comfortable. I will return again to see if there has been any changes before I change hotel. June 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by stay there as last resort I stayed there because the terrel,TX location was already booked up. Place is old and too close to the hwy. Staff was nice. Bathroom had water on the floor. remote for TV did not work well. I thought for that price it would have been better. June 8, 2015

The bed sheets, pillow, covers, floors...all were wet as we walked into the room because AC was running crazily. It's located by the highway and you won't be able to sleep at all. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst HIE Experience Second time typing this, gonna be brief. Too the many HIE experiences my wife and I have had, this one was by far the worst. The entire building just did not seem up to the HIE standards. From the moment we walked into the lobby the furniture and carpets seemed old and dingy. The pool was under repair, but even still just seemed like a feature you would want to avoid. In the room the carpet was absolutely disgusting, plus had a couple hidden, yet significant lumps that caused me to nearly roll my ankle on a couple occasions. The bathroom was...well, awful. The shower faucet was not securely attached to the wall and leaked horribly while being used, and the shower/bath diverter did not work, so the only option you have is a shower. The panels on the wall in the shower had poor caulking and looked to be mildewed. The water was mildly warm, even when cranked fully to hot. I recommend you find somewhere else to stay. Anywhere else. May 24, 2015
