I have stayed at several hotels in Toluca and Sante Fe for work over the years. This hotel is new and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. It is very quiet compared to most mexican hotels. It is also in a convenient location right next to the Galerias Metepec mall that is accessible via an overhead crosswalk across the highway. There are also several small eateries and bars in the complex with the hotel. There is an Applebees under the hotel, but I prefer not to eat at American chains while in Mexico. It is a little tricky getting in and out of the parking lot due to the traffic.
This is now my "go to" hotel when in Toluca. The rates are excellent and the rooms are clean and nice. The parking is also free in the top lot or the garage underneath. You use your room key to enter and exit the parking. I prefer this arrangement as I do not have to wait for a valet nor do I constantly need peso coins for tips.
My only complaints are the breakfast and fitness center. The breakfast has a few choices, but I like to eat cereal and they do not have cold milk (It is that powdered milk and it is room temperature). The fitness center has two treadmills and one elliptical and that is all.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, specially reception. Air conditioning and restroom issues. It is a new hotel so you should improve with the maintenance

probably the worst HIE we've ever dealt with. sheets didn't come close to fitting the mattress, so pulled up every time you turned over, the reading lights didn't work and the big surprise at 5:30 in the morning was the shower didn't drain. no time to get it fixed but had to stand in a couple inches of water, or turn the water off and let it drain while soaping up.

En general el hotel es muy bonito y funcional, solo algunos puntos que pueden mejorar la experiencia del cliente:
1. Estaba cerrada la caja de seguridad y tardaron mucho tiempo en subir a abrirla.
2. Pedí cepillos de dientes y pasta y lo mismo, tardaron mucho en llevarlos.
3. En el desayuno nos sentimos apurados por el personal que limpia el área y recoge la barra de alimentos, aun no terminábamos de comer y ya estaban preguntando si podían recogerlo.

The first night I stayed at this hotel there was a party of drunks and people smoking next to my room, there were at least 10 males/females drinking partying smoking and playing music loud, i reported it to the hotel and they did nothing from 2:00 am till I had to go to work at 7:00 am, around 6:00 am a fight started and the drunks were arguing and hitting each other, the Hotel did nothing to stop the noise/arguing and fighting. Very bad experience, I was moved the next day because the manager at the hotel refused to move the people next to me, they rather move me than the people braking the hotel rules. the smoke was so strong that you could smell it at the hallway, I will try to book another hotel next time
