Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Service I am a rewards member. I have stayed at numerous holiday inns as I travel in my job. I have never been treated so bad as I was at this hotel. Management was unaccomadating and flat out rude. We were made to feel we were not welcome. The hotel itself was nice and attractive. The doors were locked at 10 pm and we were made to ask to come in and out. This made us feel unsafe in this location. There were numerous posted notes on the managers door when we checked out. We asked what they were and were told they were customer complaints. We told them to add us to the list. I will not stay here again. I was ashamed that I had convinced my family to stay here for our family reunion. October 23, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by High Priced For Small Room Upon checking in for my 6 day stay, they tried to charge me for 2 rooms. They said I booked both rooms which wasn't the case. Rooms were small and overpriced for the location. Pool and Hot tub were closed. I will rethink where we book for next year. Nothing Special about this HIExpress. C- at best. March 28, 2013
