Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Could be a great Hotel Could be a good hotel - excellant location next Plaza 222 shopping center, excellent  restaurants. Check in very slow as always, confusion on room. As always I WAS NOT RECOGNISED AS A PLATINUM IHG MEMBER, I had to remind the clerk doing the check in, who never made eye contact. Internet is always a problem the further you get from the elevator, rooms large, clean, nice desk, noisy ac, never cycles on/off automatic, it's always on whatever the setting. The carpet must have just been cleaned as there was a toxic smell the first day and night, difficult to sleep, got headache from the toxic smell.  The bed (king size) is the hardest bed I have ever slept on, that includes many old hotels in Eastern Europe.  The bed is so hard it feels like you are sleeping in the floor!  Never got a good nights sleep.  Compared to the other HI Express hotels I stay in, these beds the worst. Breakfaste has much improved since my last visit.  The only reason I stay here are clients within walking distance to clients and Plaza 222... November 18, 2014

Es limpio, atractivo y sobretodo seguro. Las habitaciones son amplias (aunque las camas podrían ser un tanto más cómodas para mi gusto). Me he hospedado aquí por cuatro años y no he encontrado razones para cambiar. November 12, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sad to see hotel decline When the hotel first opened few years ago, both service and rooms were impeccable. Now, it has declined in both the service at the front desk, the responsiveness to requests and the overall disrepair in the rooms. I don't think my room was vacuumed on a daily basis or dusted. I ended up moving to another hotel in the area because I was not impressed with the condition of the hotel. The issue, I believe is poor management... Too bad because the hotel is in a brilliant location. November 11, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Habitación helada!!! No había calefacción en el hotel y la temperatura de la habitación estaba extremadamente fría, pues en la ciudad ya está entrando el invierno. Llamé al personal del hotel para resolver, pero no pudieron hacer nada, pues la misma sólo se activa hasta más entrado el mes de Noviembre. El desayuno muy deficiente, pocas opciones y mala presentación. November 7, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bueno pero no excelente Siempre creí que por ser un Holiday inn iba a encontrarme con un muy buen hotel, pero no fue así. Realmente es un hotel muy sencillo, con poca iluminación en el cuarto donde nos quedamos, y los baños algo deteriorados. Días antes nos quedamos en un hotel a la mitad del precio de este a unas pocas cuadras y fue muy buena la experiencia, pero reservamos en este porque queríamos quedarnos en un Holiday Inn. Si lo que necesita es dormir y tener una buena ubicación este es el lugar.... November 5, 2014
