I recently rented 3 rooms for 5 nights. One party in one of the rooms left a day early, told the front desk he was leaving, therfore assuming I would not be charged for the vacant room but was I charged anyway. The front desk person told me he had to charge me and that the room was not vacant. The room had been vacant since 11:AM that morning. It seems the housekeeping staff would have noticed the room was vacant. In fact, I would bet they did. I have worked in the industry before and that is the way it works. As soon as a room is vacant, the front desk knows it. I'm thinking I will not go back to that IHG property even though the location is great for my trips to Mexico City twice a year.

Al momento de realizar el check out, la impresora se descompuso y no pudieron obtener mi factura.
Realmente fue muy dificil que pudiera obtener el documento, tuve que llamar telefonicamente aprox. 8 ocasiones, hasta que una semana después una persona de contabilidad me solicitó mi RFC y pudo enviarla.
Realmente falta coordinación, comunicación y acceso a la información por el personal de la recepción. No es posible que si la recepción está disponible las 24 horas y es el contacto con el cliente, no tengan acceso a este tipo de información y puedan realizar el envío.
En más de 3 ocasiones me comunicaron a Contabilidad y únicamente puede ser en un horario de 9 a 6, de cualquier otra forma tienes que esperar.
Ojala tomen medidas en el asunto.

DI DE ALTA LA SEÑAL DE HHINN, PERO NO FUNCIONO EL INTERNET EN LA HABITACION, TUVE QUE BAJAR AL LOBBY PARA CONETCTARME.

recomiendo este lugar es muy limpio, ubicación muy buena, atención del personal muy amables y eficientes, lo único que note fue las camas muy chicas.

I was bullied into buying a TV. Never used the TV during my stay. The TV when turned on was broke. The manager told me everyone watches TV despite me telling him that I did not arrive back to the hotel till night. Would not let me back into the room until I bought a $385 TV, which I could have bought at Walmart for $150. The worst hotel experience I have had in 25 years of business travel.

Employees in the front counter lack on empowerment. I did arrive to the hotel on Saturday June 28 at 11:15 am, the employee on the front counter told me that my room was not ready, weird!!! When I asked when it will be ready she told me that the my room could be assign if I pay half rate for the getting to the room before 1:00 p.m.. I ask for the manager and for my surprise the manager was not in the shift, he will arrive at 2:00 p.m.
I asked her to check why I need to pay half rate for just two hours if she has the room available. She limit to say that is the rule that the manager establish... she apologizes multiple times, but that is the rule.
Employees should be empower to make decisions that to not harm the company but satisfy the customer. I will definitely stay in Holiday Inn again, but maybe not in this one
