When I checked in I explained to the Front Desk Team member that I had two rooms. One for myself and another for a friend, and they would be paying for their room. It seems that information was not communicated to the rest of the team. My friend was given a hard time at check in, and my credit card was authorized for their stay. I once again brought this information to the attention of the front desk; however, I discovered Monday morning that my credit card had been finalized with my friend’s room charges. When I discovered this on Monday morning, I brought it up to the attention of the front desk; however, their sense of urgency escaped them. I had to stand at the front desk for 20 minutes while the young lady multi tasked and in between issued me a credit, while her colleague standing next to her was text on his mobile; extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
I did not appreciate housekeeping waking me up at seven in the morning inquiring if I had laundry to send out. I understanding they are trying to anticipate guest needs; however, the time is completely wrong.

Le deje mi camioneta al ballet y descargaron la batería por q dejaron las luces prendidas del interior y solo le pedimos a la gerente en turno q nos apoyará hablándole a un mecánico y su respuesta fue q no por que el hotel no se hace responsable de eso creo q fue una falta ya que la camioneta de descargo por culpa del ballet en menos de un mes nos hospedamos ahí mas de 9 días por la atención y ya nos conocen los del hotel y no les importo que fuéramos cliente y que perdieran este cliente

Una ubicación excelente desde donde se puede llegar al centro Histórico disfrutando de una agradable caminata. Habitaciones amplias y muy confortables.
