SU SERVICIO DE FACTURACION ES DEMASIADO TARDADO, HOY A SIETE DIAS DE HABER DEJADO EL HOTEL AUN NO RECIBO SU FACTURA.
PROCURARE NO RECOMENDARLO. GRACIAS

Excelente atención de todo el personal, desde el check in hasta el check out. Atención personaliada a IHG members. Definitivamente volvería pues el costo-servicio fue el adecuado.

First checked into a 2nd floor room. The room is very noisy due to a construction project going on nearby. Went to ask to change a room, and was offered a room in 8th floor away from the construction side. But in this room, the noise level from the inside of building is even worse, with a loud humming noise. Went to front desk again to ask for a new room. They chnaged my room again, but telling me if I don't like the room, I should tell them immediately. I found this room is okay in terms of noise level. But quickly found that the noisy heating fan has to be on in order to keep the room warm. I gave up to ask for another room and thought I can turn the heating fan off when I sleep. But I was waken up by the cold temperature around 3:00 AM. Poor experience with this hotel and will not book this one again.
