Good room, good bed and good facilities in the room. WiFi high speed without problems.
As a suggestion, the gym should be equipped with different weights dumbbells.
Very good location and good restaurants around.

Going to the neighbor hood whe the hotel is, you never expect finding the worst hotel from IHG. Rooms are not clean, beds are so hard for having rest, towels are going ruin....bad. You have to claim for IHG rewards club member recognition, otherwise.....

Is the second time, that I stayed and NEVER is available the chofer of the vehicle, and in the publicity you offer traslated to the Santa Fe Center.
In the Priority offers the daily newspaper, and in THIS HOTEL, do not give this servce.

Good service, clean facilities, A/C in my room has not a good temp. control also noisy, my wife would appreciate another mirror in the room, we missed the Bath & Body Works toiletries and also nice to have mini fridge like any other HI Express in the US, other than that our experience was good.

Towels were old and torn. Many channels in cableTV had a lot of interference. The gym equipment was old.
I reserved using my Priority Club number what it wasn't in my profile when I checked in.

The personel of the hotel do Zero effort to understand and accomplish the gest needs.
They are focus on their "job" and "it is not may problem" stuff.
The relation between price and value is not equivalent. Even when they are on a zone in which the people is expecting a high level of quality services , the hotel relay just in the location.
Very poor is the correct word for the customer focus of the people working there. Open de door and looks OK with a tie and suit is not enough to demonstrate a comitment of service.
