Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unfriendly Staff The staff member Kevin who checked us in was uninterested as he was chatting with another member of staff. There was no IHG member greeting as well. I found the reception to not be warm. I stayed at three other Holiday Inn Express hotels recently and the staff were very friendly, the hotels were also very clean. At 8:30am staff came knocking on my door to find when we were checking out. Check out was at 12noon at I received a call from the front desk at 11am inquiring what time I am checking out. I reminded them that check out was at 12 noon and would be checking out at that time. The toilet had hair on the seat when we arrived. Even at checkout the staff seemed unfriendly and my impression is that they have never any customer service training and should be in a back office job. August 30, 2015

All of the staff were warm and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. I felt safe and relaxed. (just wish there had been peanut butter on the breakfast buffet!) August 19, 2015
