Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay overall Had to be in the area overnight; chose this particular Holiday Inn Express because of it's convenience to the highway. Literally within viewing distance of the exit. Staff was courteous and helpful; one of the cleaning crew even let us into our room after breakfast as both our key cards were sitting on the desk in the room. Oops. The only drawback was the AC unit in the room was too efficient. It cranks out the cold, and while the temperature listed at the wall is indeed what you requested the air coming from the machine feels much colder and stays on for a long time. So we had to play the on off on off game all night with the sucker. September 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Off to the Vineyard Our stay was the start of our Summer Family Vacation...this was the closest Holiday Inn Hotel we could find to the Vineyard Ferry that would honor my Reward Points from business travel. Six people from both the West and East Coasts were able to meet up, check in, have wake up calls set for early morning departure and the staff were wonderful, the rooms clean and hearty breakfast to boot. I plan to return to the Vineyard as this was a first trip and will for sure stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Middleboro/Raynham again! September 9, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Do not stay in room 204 I normally stay here for business close to this facility. However, the last two visits they booked me to room 204 - the first time, several months ago, I discovered after I had already prepared for bed, that there is a tear in the curtains that allows light to come thru, right at the level of the pillows on the bed. It was too late and I was too tired to request to be moved, however, I did bring it up to management and expressed that this needed to be repaired. I assumed this would have been taken care of. My most recent visit I was again booked to room 204, I did not recall the issue with 204, until after I got into the room and prepared for bed. It was after midnight, and I went to pull the curtains and discovered that this was the same room I complained about several months earlier. So, clearly, this issue was not addressed as promised. I addressed this issue again with management, however, based on the previous experience, I will note that room 204 is not an acceptable room. On a positive note, the breakfast options are great and the comfort of the bed is good. August 29, 2014
