We just spent 4 nights at this hotel. I cannot express how friendly the entire staff was. From the front desk, the maintenance gentleman to the cleaning staff. Everyone was so helpful. They helped give ideas of things to do in the area, restaurants, and any other questions. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

When you fly into Boston and find your way around the traffic and rush type atmosphere ... You will find that the Holiday Inn Express in Rayntham is a quiet and simpler place to stay. The restaurant, the service and the closeness to surrounding cities is what makes this place a great place to stay.

Fortunately The "South Coast" is well served by every Hotelier chain. The room was fine, but bath supplies (towels, soap, shampoo, etc) were on the stingy side. The room was clean, quiet, with a modern thermostat, and the staff maintaining the complete breakfast offerings were attentive and extremely courteous.
I have 2 complaints.
1.) The tiny pool and hot tub room wreaks of Chlorine. Now would I prefer a chlorine smell to an airborne or waterborne biohazard? of course I would...but it was hard to enjoy the hot tub.
2.) I understand that "late checkout" is an accommodation, that will not always be available to me as a guest...However, getting a phone call from the front desk at exactly 12:07 reminding me that checkout "was 12:00 noon" seemed excessive. To be fair, I contracted to leave at 12:00 noon, and it was 12:07 but c'mon!
