We love staying at the Middlesboro Holiday Inn, the rooms are clean and brand new. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hot breakfast is a bonus, that saves us from going out and spending money.

The room itself was great; clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed, beautiful area. But the breakfast food was not warm, let alone hot. The biscuits were refrigerator cold in the middle. I had to ask to have the sausage patties heated up. The cheese in the omelet was solid and cold, not close to melted inside. And there was no microwave available in the area to heat things up myself. Couldn't even heat up a cold hard boiled egg.

My daughter goes to college in Harrogate and we always stay here. Since we started staying here they have given the hotel a much needed facelift. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodates your request with speed. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was in town for a funeral. this is the first time i have stayed at your hotel, i usually stay at my friends house when i come to town. On this occasion, i could not because she had a house full due to her misfortune. The staff was so friendly (all of them) and the atmosphere was so relaxing. it made my stay a wonderful experience. Thank you to the staff for providing myself and my 8 yr old son a positive experience. I was there on the night of February 23rd. I did not get the names of the wonderful staff. Please make sure that all the staff knows that i am great full for their kindness, i cannot think of one negative thing about our stay. They seem to be a great team and deserve the highest compliments.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The renovated rooms are clean and the staff members are terrific. Unfortunately, I was not made aware that the hotel would be under some construction during my visit. So, I was a little disappointed to learn that the workout room was closed and there were no laundry facilities. I was provided with the option of using the facilities of a nearby hotel, but would have much preferred to have been given a heads up about the renovation activities in advance. '
Overall, I would definitely return. I was especially impressed with the breakfast service. The offerings were the standard made available by Holiday Inn express, but thanks to the woman, who was in charge of breakfast, the breakfast area/lobby was absolutely spotless and she was attentive and welcoming. Likewise, the fellow at the front desk was always available to answer questions and, too, was extremely friendly and professional. That made a huge difference that I really appreciated.

Overall the Room was Good but the TV was an old CRT Model that had the worst picture I had seen in years. Luckily, I didn't get the room to watch TV :)
On the positive side the Breakfast Bar and the lady working it were excellent.

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY.WENT ABOVE TO GET ROOM CONFORTABLE. BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND PLENTY. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD.
