The 2nd day there my daughters went out before me to the car and 3 contractors that were cutting carpets started yelling at my daughters and they were only 13 and 9 years old. I was going to say something to the management team when we checked out the next day, but they were outside with someone that was smoking in a DO NOT SMOKE area so I just loaded our stuff up and left. I have no problem with this hotel and will stay again, but I think you need to let these contractors know that when they are doing work at your hotel they represent Holiday Inn and their actions could make you lose a customer. We go to Kings Island a lot so we stay at different Holiday Inns throughout the area, but tend to end up at this one. July 1, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Old hotel needs updating bad Flat pillows, sagging bed, musty smell, thin walls hear above walking, poor desk lighting, old HVAC units hard to regulate temp. Typical breakfast of all these and was fine considering, but have had what fresher presentation. Hotel dull and not bright, old musty feel. Staff great, just an old hotel priced with the newer ones in area. June 28, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to par with a typical Holiday Inn Express Was placed in a third floor room that clearly had been a smoking room at some point. The room smelled smoky and musty and had a definite bad odor. The AC unit barely worked as well. June 18, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A nice hotel lacking a good inspector Large amount of hair on the lower sheet of one of the beds. Had to have been visible if the bed was made with competent staff. Restroom was lacking the secondary roll of toilet tissue. Other than those two issues. Hotel was nice. June 10, 2015
