Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Middletown Ohio The room was clean and well furnished. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. The breakfast choices was great. The only problems I had was that I wasnt allowed to check in until 2:00 pm due to short staff getting the rooms ready. I requested a non smoking room, and the first room I was given smelled strong of cigarette smoke. I was granted another room. The internet was down during my stay and the computer provided for customers was not working.. Other than those few problems the stay was comfortable. May 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by poor facility Bedding, towels, and HVAC all good, but this is a cramped older building that is way out of date. Stained old furniture, thin worn carpet, incredibly no place to charge a cell phone. The 1960's lamps don't have outlets and there was only one outlet available under the desk on the other side of the room. Also tiny breakfast area and the "business center" was one PC that was out of service. Worst HI Express we've seen. May 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful welcome I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful welcome we received, even though we had a small service dog with us. We have stayed at some very large brand hotels who have 'looked down' at my service dog and put us in 'pet rooms', and had to sign 'property damage' papers. I'm a Veteran and feel we should be treated with respect and I THANK HOLIDAY INN for doing so! May 10, 2015
