It appeared that the staff knew that there was an issue with the hot water, as in "There is a problem and we have no hot water" in the morning. It would have been better to inform us so we could have chosen to stay elsewhere. October 28, 2012

The management seemed unable to handle reservations or room requests very well. They were not willing to do anything other than check you in and bill. Also, I have never received Priority points since first staying there on September 4, 2012, because, according to the manager, "Your reservation were made with your first name listed as your last." That was 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been corrected. I have moved to another hotel and don't plan on going back to this or any other Holiday Inn property. October 16, 2012

Coiffee and cookies are available any time. Breakfast is good with lot of choices. We will stay in this hotel again if traveling in this path. October 13, 2012
