There are two changes we would like to see, 1st your weight room needs quipment in it. 2nd the pool is always cold. Even in the summer you cant swim because its just to cold. Other than those two our stay is great there. April 30, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Poor The exercies room was sub-par. The ellicptic machine was broken. The breakfast was very poor, particularly the eggs, which were soupy and cold. The maids changed the thermostat settings in the room. The staff seemed impartial to the guests. April 3, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Midland This was the worst experiance I have ever had with a hotel,they over charged me,then told me I extended my stay an extra week,which I did not,and the clerk I was dealing with was very rude,I even had a bill in my hand that showed I stayed four nights,they tried billing me for 14days,I did not catch it until I got my credit card statment,took several calls to straighten out. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Where was Management? Room on front of facility had bright outside lights that kept us awake. No one was available at desk to help. ALL computers were not operating; and this included the one that was offered for use in the office. How can this be? ALL previous Express (HD) experiences have been far better than this location. So Sorry to bring this BAD News your way; but even more so that we could not sleep; after a long day of travel. February 15, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT EXPERIANCE! This facility is top notch.... Font desk staff (Amber) very courteous efficient and helpful at check in. Rooms very spacious, modern clean and comfortable. The amenities left nothing lacking. Unfortunately had to return to the area within a week for a family emergency. I never thought twice about where I would stay. I spoke with the Manager Krystal who was awesome and work with us to get a group rate for the other family members coming in to town as well. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who has a high standard for their accommodations away from home. I'm certain you will not be disappointed. January 24, 2013
