Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Midland Loop 250 Holiday Inn Express Overall the staff and the quality of the hotel is good. I was disappointed in my final bill being wrong and when corrected was still $300 more than my traveling companions. Also was not impressed when asked to store gear in the luggage storage room was told I was unable to do that due to the hotel storing holiday decorations in the space. October 11, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No working internet I almost always stay in a Holiday Inn. Since I bought a new lap top computer with windows 8 I have not been able to connect to the internet at any Holiday Inns. I have stayed at the Holiday inn and suites in Grand Junction, Colorado and both Holiday Inn Expresses in Midland. I have the same problem at all of them. The IT man at the HI Inn and Suites in GJ had to call the server and have them turn off what ever security they are using for him to be able to connect to the hotel. It is not just me, I have had assistance at all of them try and not be able to connect. Something has to be done or I will have to go back to best available. Please address this. October 8, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by fire alarm disaster the three days i stayed, the hotel had fire alarm problems that were never ending. One of the nights everyone evacuated and had to stay outside for over an hour at 2AM. September 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Yet! We stayed at this location while visiting Midland for a meeting. I was completely, positively impressed with every aspect of our stay. The staff were above and beyond the most friendly and efficient of any I have experienced. I would drive out of the way to stay at this Holiday Inn over other options including other Holiday Inn Express locations. September 10, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Grossly Overpriced and TERRIBLE Service I had a late flight and arrived at the hotel at 1:30 am. I had specifically asked if the front desk was staffed all night when I made the reservation. Upon arrival, there was no one at the desk. I waited several minutes and then hollered. I waited some more and hollered loudly. I waited some more and called the hotel phone. It rang until it disconnected. I called it back and went to the secure door to clerk area and pounded upon it while the phone was ringing. I hollered again even louder and finally the desk clerk come from the back room to check me in. I asked for a discount but , was not given one and was treated very poorly. This is a nice hotel but, due to the terrible service and the outrageous price, I will never use this hotel again and I use HIE very frequently. I am a Platinum Elite member. August 29, 2014
