The only problem I had was at check out. Holiday Inn had already deducted the two room I reserved in advance prior to my arriving. The bill charge at check out charged me again. I brought it to their attention and it was corrected. I paid for two rooms and the gentlemen with me got his own room bill. Major confusion on your part. If you are going to charge me in advance for a room, please let me know at time of booking and I can decide if want to do this at Holiday Inn.

I stayed recently at this Holiday Inn Express with an associate of mine that is not a Priority Club member. I have an Ambassador Gold membership. My associate was granted an upgrade to an executive suite, again, he is not a priority club member. I was offered a free bottle of water or 300 bonus pts because I was a gold ambassador member, no upgrade was offered to me. I was under the impression club members were given extra benefits, but apparently not at this hotel. The person who accompanied me was very amused and sees no reason to sign up for a priority club card.

Great hotel. The manager Tim is fabulous. I had one minor issue (that truly was not the hotel's fault) and he took great care of me and my guests at the hotel. Great hotel and highly recommended.

I was upgraded to a very nice suite. The room was clean and well equipped. There was a separate living room area, conference table area, and bedroom area. The TV and air conditioning worked great and the furniture was well maintained. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and shampoo; the shower worked very well. The breakfast was great - good variety and ripe fruit highlighted the spread.

I had to call the front desk twice about noise in the hall, at 2 and 3 am. It quit at 4am.
We were waiting on the elevator after breakfast and as it opened 4 members of the housekeeping staff got in and took off. We had to wait for it to return.
I stay in lots of Holiday Inns as my job requires alot of travel. I would rather stay in a Super something than this Holiday Inn.

The hotel was very easy to get to from where we were attending our function. The lobby and main areas were very clean and the staff was most helpfull. Our room was very clean and plenty of room in the room.

The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. The food service was very good and I especially liked that it was available until 10 am.

The only small criticisms I have are that the room temperature was set to 60 degrees when I arrived - much too cold. There is a design flaw in the swimming area as people walking by can easily look in. Some privacy overlays on the windows would be appropriate.
