While I love the cinnamon rolls I wont be told "maybe I should stay accross the street." I had been working and driving for 18 hrs and I came in late to just go to bed. My reservations had been made and I checked in at the desk, I was asked for drivers license, credit card, fill out the vehicle info, and initial cost of room, etc. I said I dont get this much hassle checking in across the street. My info is on file as I am a member of your priority club program. Thats when the night clerk, and I wont embarrass him by calling his name, said maybe I should go across the street then. . Well I wont be staying at this location every again. I will go across the street, thank you.

While the room was as requested, the fitness center well-equipped and the housekeeping staff up to par, the front desk staff seems to reflect the management's minimal expectations. The Priority Club amenities consisted of one bottle of water and no snacks for two guests. Rapid Checkout was not provided. The breakfast consisted of half the usual menu. In asking the front desk about it, we were told that they've decided to economize by only serving half the usual entrée menu on alternate days. The "manager" I spoke to clearly projected a "couldn't care less" attitude about customer satisfaction. When asked, she told me that the same corporation manages several hotels in the area. Consequently, we'll simply avoid any stays in the Oklahoma City area in the future. My wife and I will travel this route five or six times a year but there are simple alternatives available.

Liked the convenience of Sooner Rd from Norman. Clean hotel.
Only negative, breakfast bar was not restocked, no plates, also, the housecleaning staff was eating from breakfast bar.
Taking donuts, milk, fruit to laundry room to eat...Seriously!

After a long stressful drive with a loaded truck and trailer we pulled into the Holiday Inn Express Midwest City. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Recommended places to eat dinner and gave us a very quiet room.
Breakfast was very good and varied.
We awoke very rested to begin the next leg of our journey.

This was our second stay in the hotel on a round trip. The hotel was even more enjoyable the second time around. Got a up grade and was very, very pleased.

I saw a review that was not good. then I saw many others that were great. Some people can find a problem with almost anything if they choose. I took the plunge an booked a room.
EVRYTHING WAS GREAT,CHECK IN,FOOD,ICE MACHINE,BED TV,FRIDGE,STAFF,A/C.
Il stay here again.
* Some HIE have a Mgr. Reception in the afternoon. This one does not.

I took a cross country motorcycle trip, following US Route 66 from Chicago, IL to Santa Monica, CA. I stayed at many HEI hotels along the way. On the journey home, I choose this HEI property at random. It is one of the more modern and cleanest hotels of the HEI chain. Front desk staff were able to accommodate me and pointed out a very good restaurant at which to dine. I hope that other HEI property managers follow the lead of this property.

i stay at a lot of holiday inn hotels, and this one has been one of the worst. the staff when asked for help acted like i was bothering them. helpfulness was only up until it actually took some effort. the hotel looks new, and the suit is as you would expect it. but breakfast was not even a choice, one day all they had out where eggs , no choices. juice was only water one day. i will not stay at this location again, they did not even treat me as a platinum elite member

Kevin at the front desk is courteous, pleasant, and efficient. He definitely tries his best.
Breakfast is the same at every Holiday Inn Express.
WHile the gym had a bit more equipment than most HOliday Inn Express properties (it had a variety of aerobic equipment as well), the UNiversal weight machine had a couple of broken parts so I was unable to do leg exercises of lat pulldowns.

I've stayed here 9 times over the past 6 months. It's nothing special. The staff aren't friendly, the food's not great, the rooms are small and most smell like stale smoke. Also, I'm Platinum Elite but I've never been allowed an upgrade as a result.

We go to OKC frequently and whenever we need to stay overnight, we always stay at the Holiday Inn Express in MWC. We love the friendly staff, the great complimentary breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. I highly recommend this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. We received excellent service and we slept very comfortably. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I travel. I have always been a fan of Holiday Inn over the years and their services has continued to improve over the years.

I always will stay at holiday inn when I can afford it. cashing in my points really helped and I love having a microwave and frig in the rooms. Especially if u have kids.

This location has the worst service of any hotel I have been to this year. Please keep in mind when I say that, I have stayed 60 plus nights in hotels so far this year, most of them Holiday Inn Express. If you can even get someone to come to the front desk to help you, they are rude and not helpful. Business center only functional about half the time. Every request I made, which was not many, I was told I would have to see the manager the next day, who arrives at 10 am. It is too bad because the hotel has a good location and nice rooms, but if you need service you are on your own. Advice from a weekly traveler is that there are better options in OKC, many only 1 block away. They either need to step it up or take down the Holiday Inn Express sign, because this is not your typical Holiday Inn.
PS- No recognition of any kind for Platinum status. No upgrade, no free drinks, zero!

The rooms and hotel were nice, breakfast was pretty standard for such hotels although the pancake machine was a cute change from the waffles elsewhere.
Some of the staff were neither helpful nor friendly. I was not notified I had a package delivered there until I asked a couple days later at the desk. I also tried to extend my stay and was booked in a smoking room (I hate smoke) and not told until I went to move, neccesitating a last minute hotel change. The staff were not sympathetic or conciliatory in any way. It seemed like they felt they could fill all their rooms regardless of how they treated guests. They also would rarely answer the front desk phone.
Not my first choice for my next visit.

SINCE SHE WAS IN THE MILITARY AND BOTH THE BRIDE AND GROOM WERE BASED AT TWO DIFFERENT PLACES THIS AREA WAS KINDA IN THE MIDDLE. WE HAD FIVE PEOPLE STAY IN OUR ROOM AND IT WAS A SUITE AND IT WAS ROOMY ENOUGH AND

My room had a note from the maid who prepared the room
that included her name, which was a nice personal touch.
Within walking distance of Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Radio Shack,
and a few other stores. Both wired and wireless internet is free.
It is a short drive from this hotel to Bricktown and the Oklahoma Memorial.
The bathroom has no towel bars, but there is a central exhaust
system that actually vents the room.
Walls are so thin we could hear music and talking from the next room.
The breakfast bar is open till 10 am but there is no restocking
after 9 am; at 9:15 am there was no hot water for oatmeal and no bananas.
The Danish tray had ants and the attendant was nowhere in sight for 20
minutes. When the attendant returned she spent most of her time shouting across the lobby to the desk clerk, and while doing that she spilled a tray of muffins on the floor.
The music in the lobby was too loud and there was no TV remote
in the area for guest use.
On day two, we arrived at the breakfast bar a half hour sooner,
the same attendant was there, and there were no problems.
On check-out day we received a note from Ramona,
which was a nice personal touch. Unfortunately, her good will
was cancelled by the guy doing the checking out. All he wanted
was to take the room keys and he did not even bother to check
the computer to see if we had any additional charges.

We checked in just before Record Tornado hit Oklahoma City, Front dest clerk "Floyd" was great. He stayed calm and reasuring to custumers. Tornado was just south of us. He evacuated upper floors, and kept everyone calm by his actions of confidence. He should be commended by upper management. Staff was friendly, and took good care of rooms. When going to and from airport use shuttle good service and cheaper than taxi.

Good amenities in room except coffee pot did not work well and had ants in bathroom. They did offer to move me to another room but already had settled in and did not want the hassle of carting all my stuff to another room. Stayed here because of location but had better stay across town last time and even got a better price and service there. Would only stay here again if had conference at Rose State College.

I found my stay at the Holiday Inn Express not only reasonably priced but also had extremely comfortable beds along with a very clean room overall.

This is a nice place to stay with easy access. Internet was good to use for business purpose. Room was clean and bed/pillows are outstanding for comfort. Have stayed here several times and will stay again when working in this area. I recommend it to others from my company.
Kevin is of utmost help with the billing process and goes the extra mile to accommodate any needs quickly.

Friendly staff, clean room, no real issues. The bed could have been a little more comfortable. We noticed near the hot tub some blood or some kind of red candy on the wall, should have been cleaned up, also right next to the hot tub were several ants. Also the elevator seemed very slow.

My experience went well until I checked out. I asked for a receipt and the man asked if I didn't receive one. I said no, however, I needed one. He said let me check the computer. "You prepaid, you're good to go." I said I still need a receipt! He said, "YOU'RE NOT LISTENING TO ME! You prepaid and don't get a recept." I said, "I NEED A RECEIPT!" "Well I'll print you one." I took my receipt and angrily walked away. I will NOT stay there again! I have spent 25 or more years traveling and spent most of my evenings at Holiday Inns. I was a Platinum member for 2-3 years or more. I've cut down on my travel and am now a regular member. If my travel picks up again, I may start using a program from another Chain which I have used. You may not like my mentioning a competitor, but I'm very angry about my treatment! I've never been so insulted in all my life!!
