Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel under construction When you have a hotel under construction there are a number of things you need to do to make sure your guests are as informed and as comfortable as is possible during that time. None of that was done! You need to make it aware to your customers ahead of time that there is construction going on so we can change our plans to stay at a different Holiday Inn nearby or at least give us the chance to book a room away from the noise and smells, of the construction, this was not done! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing and not crowded. Beds and room was very clean. We enjoyed use of the pool and hot tub and were the only ones there. Rates were reasonable and free breakfast had a fair share of options. Would recommend. January 7, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Work ongoing We usually like this spot but there was work going on and we were not aware. The hottub was not working properly and It was December! Their was no one looking after the breakfast so everything was empty or stale. We were disappointed as it was supposed to be a relaxing stay after the hubbub of the Christmas season., We felt like we should have been given a discount considering the state of the hotel... We needed help to find an ER during our stay and the staff was very helpful. The only thing that has been a problem is the temperature of the pool water. It should be warmer. December 15, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Made to feel comfortable I needed to hang out at the Hotel until the time I could go to visit relatives and it was easier to wait in the lobby with my dog. All the staff members were very helpful and made it a wonderful stay. They were also very friendly to my dog. He had a very positive experience and that helped me. You can be proud of the professional, yet caring, way your staff treat your customers and their pets. I highly recommend your Hotel. November 29, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A decent place to stay but not fancy I've stayed there 3 times and it's a decent hotel but not fancy. Hot breakfast is free but somewhat limited, being better than a minimal continental breakfast but could use some more fresh fruit and maybe some walnuts and cottage cheese. Last time I stayed (Oct 2012) the pool was unavailable. If you don't park early, you have to park to the side of hotel and walk around to front to get in. WiFi Internet is free and works pretty well. Staff has always been friendly to me. October 25, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional front desk clerk and his manager. I had occasion to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Boston, Milford a couple of weeks ago. An exceptional front desk clerk by the name of Mannie went above and beyond normal customer service in an act of kindness to me. I wish to commend him and his manager. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and will definitely be staying here on future visits to the area. Thank you Mannie. Verna October 17, 2012
