Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort and quiet! Holiday Inn Express properties tend to be pretty standard, and is one of the reasons I choose them - you know what you're going to get. This property is a bit exceptional though - very nicely appointed, and the feature room that I had was simply beautiful - a separate room with a hot tub and a large port hole style window letting in lots of sunlight - very relaxing. The breakfast in the great room was typical of HIX, but there were more choices than I usually see, and rotated more effectively to keep things fresh and crisp. If you are traveling to Cincinnati, this is a great spot for both business and pleasure. Close to downtown, close to attractions like King's Island, and lots of great dining and shopping nearby. I will stay here again! March 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent! Super clean and comfortable! Bob Evans is practically in the parking lot, which was nice since we were snowed in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing is that if you get a jacuzzi suite, the window in that room lets a lot of light into the room, so if you like sleeping in and like it dark this room may not be the best choice. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Will NOT Stay at this location again! Our Hotel Room Wasn't the cleanest! Jacuzzi was Disgusting! The jets in the tub had dark almost black looking rings. The guy working at the front desk was trying to assure me it was rust??. I'm sorry But, I never knew plastic to rust before? I will never stay at this location again! February 16, 2015
