We used this hotel for our sports tournament and we were glad about our choice. Everyone had a good stay because clean rooms and nice breakfast and staff is very accommodating

My younger son and I stayed at this property after a full day at Kings Island and before picking my older son up at summer camp the following day. This also happened to be Jazz Festival weekend so my first two choices of properties were unavailable for rewards nights when I booked my reservation 3 months out. When traveling for leisure purposes, I usually choose HI Express, whenever possible, because of the refridgerators in the room and breakfast availability. I was quite disappointed to learn that standard rooms do not have a mini fridge (I honestly cannot remember the last time I was in a HI Express that did not have one). Fortunately, it was only desired for convenience and not medical necessity. Room was musty smelling and poorly lit. Shower pressure left much to be desired - even my 7-yr-old mentioned the poor shower head when he was finished! Breakfast on Saturday morning was fair - could have been a result of full hotel. Another thing that I was not thrilled with was the fact that "Reward Night" was clearly written on my card sleeve when I checked in. Due to high level of business travel, I tend to use rewards for leisure and know this is not the norm. That leads me to believe that there are rooms set aside specifically for that purpose (versus a "paying" guest) otherwise why would it need to be noted so prominantly? So perhaps not all rooms are dark, dingy and musty. I will not be returning to this property.

Enjoyed my stay slightly expensive but im sure it was due to the festival going on downtown Cinci. Would stay again and recommend great job having turkey choice for breakfast.

estancia Buena, la se;ora de noche muy amable, una persona de tarde no sabia hacer nada, segun era Nuevo y por eso no sabia nada, la piscine se ve bien aun que no me meti por que el agua se sentia un poco fria

I enjoy staying at Holiday Inn hotels for their point system. This location is just average, nothing really special about it. I was disappointed that their hallway soda machine didn't have cold soda in it, I bought one and it was warmer than room temperature. Also, the king bedroom didn't have a microwave or small refrigerator in it, which is more uncommon nowadays. Again, it wasn't bad, but definitely isn't a place that sticks in my mind as a place to return to.

This was a typical Holiday Inn Express. Although the entrance to the parking lot is hard to find.

Overall we had an excellent three nights in the King Suite and would come again!
In the bathroom (king suite, 2nd floor) the lighting is excellent over the sink area, but light fixture location and room structure make the lighting dim while taking a shower.
The window curtain rod was designed in such a manner that it was impossible to completely shut the heavy curtain to block light. unfortunately, there is a street lamp right outside the window.
During our stay, it was hot and rainy outside. Not sure whether or not the outside conditions made a difference, but the carpeting was damp - not wet - maybe it had been shampooed recently?. I noticed because I prefer to walk barefoot inside.

update workout equipment please. Hotel is very nice. Great location easy to find. Breakfast, out of items, and no milk?? other than that, would stay again
