Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome stay Kids and i were needing just a hotel for a few days but got a great stay. They loved the indoor pool that was hot as a sauna and enjoyed the breakfast. I didnt like the pillows as they were a bit too soft for me but overall a great two days.. April 13, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Under construction - unpleasant stay The hotel was under construction - so I expected some additional noise and mess from those activities. But, my room was very noisy and dirty. Smudges (tooth paste?) on the bathroom mirror, dried coffee rings on the desk, litter and food crumbs on the carpeting around the desk, etc. Litter in the hallways. The breakfast room is what I would expect. Could have been a bit cleaner. The breakfast fare typical of what I would expect. Cereals, fruit, etc. Good coffee. I would not recommend this hotel to stay at again unless I knew for sure that renovations were complete. Perhaps the hotel staff were simply overwhelmed by the construction activities and just gave up trying to to keep things neat, tidy, and clean. March 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and staff Overall, this is a fine hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and public areas. Plenty of good restaurants w/in walking distance. If you want to drive a mile or two, go to Copper Blue...great food and service and reasonable prices. Only problem I had was that my room was very dark. I was upgraded to a suite (thank you) but the lighting was poor, especially around the desk and in the bathroom. No light over the shower so when the curtain was closed it was pretty dark. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of time in the past and don't remember this being an issue. Maybe it is just common w/ the suites? In any event, it is a nice hotel with a staff that truly "gets it". March 7, 2016
