Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Tired but a disappointed Checked in and went to room to freshen up to go visit son. I noticed an empty soda can and water bottle on the counter by the guest phone in hallway I thought that housekeeping would take care of it before they left for the day. Went to make coffee and was excited to see a Kuerig (I own one and was happy to see one in room). No regular coffee only 3 decaf. Went to front desk and the young lady gave me 2 regular. Getting back to room my sister pointed out a palmetto bug. Not a big deal since I live in Florida now and used to in Georgia so know that they are common but, did not expect to have one in the room. Was going to report it but, the lady was on the phone when we left to see my son and again when we returned. Got ready for bed and when I turned down the bed clothes noticed oil stains on the sheets. Since there were 2 queen beds I decided to sleep in the other bed with my sister (thankfully there were 2 beds). Had to go to 3rd level for ice the one on the first floor was out of order. Next morning I critiqued the room and found that the mirror was smeared, dust on headboards, spider web on lamp shade by table, spider web with a spider over the curtains, alarm clock was unplugged, door facing leading into bathroom was loose, grout/mortar in bathroom was on the floor under the sink, bath mat was torn in split in one corner, only a couple of tissues in box (finished using toilet paper) stain on the bed skirt that we had slept in, Wi-Fi was spotted (thankfully I had thought to bring my MI-Fi), Going to breakfast next morning same bottle and can on ledge by guest phone, biscuits were dry and not very warm as was the sausage patties. Scrambled eggs were not very warm or tasty the coffee was cold. The only good item was the cinnamon roll which at least was hot and soft. Going back to room noticed an employee (housekeeper) walk right past paper that was on the floor and the same 2 items on the ledge. Was on personal phone. Checking out was not asked how stay was nor if there was anything out of the ordinary. Only thing said was checking out? After signing and exiting they did say drive safe. Really wish I had snapped pictures to share with staff May 23, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solid, Inexpensive Hotel Very nice hotel, especially for the cost. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and there were no issues with the A/C unit. The internet was easy to connect to, and the speed was pretty decent. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lackluster, but not a dealbreaker. If anything, there are plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. April 21, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great hotel I have stayed at this hotel several times and the service is always great. However, the pool is never in working order when I am there. April 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very comfortable bed and service over and beyond It was a very enjoyable stay. The bed was very comfortable, so much so, that my wife actually commented on how comfortable it was which is very unusual for her. The staff was very cooperative and helped us have our breakfast a little early so that we could get off to Augusta to the Master's, about a two hour drive away. April 10, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good service and clean room Were very pet friendly, since we had or dog, this was important. March 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great choice! Hotel is conveniently located just off the road so it is very quiet which is great as I am a light sleeper. The room was spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfast area with good choices. Would stay here again. March 12, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn't deserve to be an IHG Property I usually do not write reviews but I have never been so disappointed in a IHG hotel. The room had many stains on the carpet, mold around the air conditioner, mold around the tub, filthy towels etc. If ever back in Milledgeville, I will be back to the competition. At least it isn't facing the back of a pawn shop. March 11, 2016
