Wonderful staff and hotel manager! The hotel manager welcomed us with freshly baked cookies. He was very friendly and outgoing. He gave us ideas of things to do during our stay. This hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location for what we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights and had 4 rooms. Two of the rooms never were cleaned during our stay. The breakfast selection was OK, but there was only one woman working each day to keep the food supplied. It was one woman for the first 2 mornings, and another for the 3rd, but they both complained loudly that they were the only worker, and could not keep up. The second woman evidently did not know how to refill the pancake maker, because my daughter waited for over an hour for her to do that, and asked her several times, but she always had the excuse that she was too busy. It was not that busy that morning. The first morning we were there, it was very busy, and with only one woman working, we understood that there would be times that the eggs or something would need replenishing.
When we checked in, we were not greeted as Priority Club members, and no one offered a hospitality gift or asked if we wanted points instead. When I asked about that the next day, they said they did not handle points at the hotel, corporate took care of that. She was quite rude about the whole issue.

Other than the slow and spotty internet, this hotel is great! The staff are wonderful and make the stay a true no-stress experience.

Stayed on a pointbreak night.
Live in Memphis so it wasn't that far away, but we needed a night out with no dogs and no roommates or anything!
Booked a standard room, received upgrade to king suite, which was awesome! There was a large group of people up front who were rather lively when we checked in, and our room was immediately above the front door, so I expected to hear some noise! But everything was quiet!
All in all, an amazing stay, especially for the pointbreak value!

nothing to improve on, but what stands out is the clerk which I can't name, went out of her way to switch room reservations so we could keep the same room for our entire stay. also helped with local directions and attractions

the first day of housekeeping, they didn't leave any bath towels and bathroom cups, the second day of housekeeping, they forgot to do my room, I had to call the front desk to have them call housekeeping to our room, their excuse was that they were overwhelmed because the hotel booked to capacity. I've stayed here several times, but this last visit was a disappointment

the hotel was generally ok, the food was awful.. the gravy was salty, the pancake mix was out. we left there to find some breakfast
