Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Millington Very easy access if visiting Millington Naval Base. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Gym needs upgrade to equipment and should expand if possible. Pool was cold and super chlorinated this time. In their defense, it was quite cold and snowy during our visit so maybe that had an effect on the pool room and water temperature. Other than that, great hotel and good location. I have stayed at this hotel for all 6 of my work trips to Millington and would stay here again. Jane, the staff member who takes care of the kitchen at breakfast is so nice and helpful! February 24, 2015

The location was extremely convenient, and the staff was very acomodating to our situation since we had to sleep during the day. They were more then happy to clean our room earlier then their normal schedule. We would definitely stay at this location again, and recommend it to others. February 10, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Optimistically Positive I have been long stay at this provider since September and now spent over 10K, few of the staff know my name after 4 months and the large sum of money spent. I have asked for simple things such as bacon in the morning on multiple occasions to no resolve. It is OK if you only stay a few days and leave like most travelers, but if you stay long time and spend huge amount of money it does not seem to make any difference. The billing which affects my expense statements is rarely consistent and has been addressed before also multiple times, all I really needed was the same daily rate, but this task eludes accounts payable. One would think after such long stay the staff would understand what level of accommodation is preferred i.e. suite etc. If I check out the one weekend a month, when I return it maybe a completely different type of room of lesser appointments. Generally management does not seem to understand true Hospitality as they have never reached out to appreciate the folks that spend the most money, and inquired "How is your Stay" can I do anything for you. Simple requests are considered trivial until they are put in writing, such as this review. Notes are put in my profile, but rarely followed or addressed. This is shameful to the hospitality industry in the USA . Asia and other platforms treat you differently as if you are a VIP, I guess they just get it and we are used to indifference as normal.
