Rooms ideal standard for business travel but would have liked biscuits with the tea/coffee. What had a major negative impact was the uncomfortable pillows. Needed some thinner ones. Unable to get into deep sleep. I have heard that the cyclists of British Cycling team take their own pillows when away at competition to ensure a good nights sleep. I can see the value of it. Might start doing the same. Apart from this and a stale sandwich wrap and poor breakfast selection (easy fixes management) I was very happy with my stay. December 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by General comment I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before but have stayed at various budget hotels in the past and therefore was not really looking forward to the stay. I was delighted to find hotel was smart and had really good friendly service. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it as an excellent place to stay. The only down side is that if I was to stay for any length of time I would be put off by the lack of variety with the breakfast, although could not fault its presentation and taste. December 1, 2014
