Your staff at this location are the nicest people I have ever dealt with at a Hotel/Motel. They treat me like family every time I arrive and leave. Rooms are great too.

This is hotel is nice and clean. The facility quality is what is expected for Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff is unprofessional. Apparently their was some disruption by some guest prior to us arriving and checking in. We checked in very late in the evening after 10:30pm. The following day, we left the hotel at 5:00 am and returned after 8pm. The front desk clerk, Elaine, jumped all over us in a scolding manner telling us that she was not putting up with any problems tonight and that everyone needed to be quite or she would call the police. We informed her that we had no knowledge of the incidents that occurred prior to our arrival. We also informed her that as paying guest we did not appreciate the treatment. Elaine went on to inform us that her boss was aware of what she was doing and had her boss had instructed her to do inform "all guests". As paying guests, we do not appreciate the treatment by the desk clerk or the fact that the "boss" instructs staff to handle guests in this manner. This facility did not recognize us as a longtime IHG Club member.
