Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Not a great Holiday Inn Express First impression was at check in. The person at the front desk actually just looked at me and never greeted me or the other two coworkers traveling with me. He did not offer to advise us when breakfast would be available or provide any other advice. The room did not have a "do not disturb" sign available for use. Lotion was not provided, but I did have two conditioners available each day. I had to ask the front desk for lotion. The internet was the slowest I've experienced since using dial up in the 1990s. My coworkers had similar comments about their rooms. The biscuits at breakfast were cold in the middle and very dry. The exercise room was not opened until 7:30 in the morning and the treadmills were worn out and useless. The hotel being built next door will likely get much of this hotel's business if they do not improve. November 5, 2015
